They only forbid the BTC as a means of payment, not banned when considered as assets. I love BItcoin and wish it was accepted in my country. Expect the state to build the appropriate law to accept the crypto  Cheesy Cheesy

In fact, Bitcoin has not been legally applied around the world, and it is unfortunate that I think, in banned countries, the government is worried about the downside that Bitcoin has brought as abuse. pay for terrorism or drug trafficking. Let the government really take a new look at Bitcoin to try to minimize the negative.

I don't think this is a problem, as long as we can receive dollars in the account, we can exchange fiat, many exchanges that fully support dollar vs. bitcoin transactions, so withdrawing dollars is something we can do.

If you really like bitcoin and altcoin then you should invest, but be prepared in advance for high risk percentages. You should buy a good computer to work better, be cautious. After use, clear all history. Best you work with who you can trust.

Apologies if this is not the right place to discuss.
Thanks in advance.

try to us VPN interenet service and set your location to other part of the globe. vpn hides your true location and make you stealth to the government or other institutions will track you.

We cannot really pleased everyone even the government themselves for creating this kind of acts of prohibiting cryptocurrency especially bitcoin in their country. Possible reasons of it is the threat of cryptocurrency especially blockchain to an specific industry. We may not know. Or even the riskiness of such, that we all know, cryptocurrency is the most risky industry among all. In regards to your concern, make it more safe. Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies is illegal there. So you do not have to make yourself strong and brave enough. Just be wise and think that it is illegal.
That is not a good news to hear about bitcoin, but I think that there are a lot of other counties who have banned bitcoin but still the number of bitcoin users are too much there, I think that very little countries are providing the opportunities to people to use bitcoin for different purposes, but still I think that in most of the place people are using bitcoin for investment purposes only.

I do not know why bitcoin is banned in bangladesh, in my country bitcoin is only forbidden for transactions but to make commodities it does not matter.

I am looking for information about banned bitcoin dibanglades through https://news.bitcoin.com/bangladesh-authorities-hunt-bitcoin-traders/ there are  several major state institutions will begin ramping up efforts to crack down on bitcoin adoption among Bangladeshi citizens.

I know a few people in Bangladesh who have still managed to trade even though the bitcoin is banned in their country.
Your best option is to move to a peer to peer exchange since you would be able to sell your cryptos for cash or bank transfer, and that would be done without coming in the eyes of the government.
There is one famous person from Bangladesh here on this forum. His name is PVA Specialist and he works with Yahoo on his campaigns. Try contacting him.

Hello!
You asked me what to do if your country banned bitcoin
If that happens then you should follow what their government says and you have the right to petition the government when they refer

Actually it does not matter if bangladesh state prohibits bitcoin, or crypto curancy, you can still do your activity in the world of cryptocurancy, because it is decentralized which is the whole point of using it, that it can not be controlled, even if they block some bitcoin sites people can still use VPN to bypass it, so it should be useless to try and ban it.

If your country prohibits bitcoin, then you should not use bitcoin. Because if there is a ban it means there will be legal sanctions for those who violate the ban, but if you are prepared with risk, it is your choice. I think in addition to bitcoin, there are many other investments that can benefit you, you have to make other investments that are not prohibited by your country. Maybe that's the best I think, for you to do.

Yes, because when you have bitcoin it can be a trash.  We say that it has value but did you think you can use this to your country?  You can take more risk when you try to continue your era using the bitcoin so it is right to try other investment.  Your country was only warn you and take that then if you don't want to follow their rules then go to some country that has a legal bitcoin.
I thought it would not be that complicated, my own country forbids bitcoin but that does not mean I have to move to another country? after all the government can not do a complete ban because they have no internal controls to bitcoin, you can still freely use bitcoin, and you do not have to do anything, we can only hope that government change their rules

You can consider moving to other countries. Just kidding.

Nobody can ban bitcoin. It is decentralised and anyone can use it freely.

Borderless for People, Frictionless for Banks
In this case either you have to move another country or use VPN and do something illegal. You have to check the punishment as well. Yo must calculate if you are busted, were you able to pay the due. If you have to stay in jail or something, maybe that is not really good idea.

Is it trading or possession that is illegal? You can get around restrictions if you  have the money, you coulld set up an offshore company with nominee director etx with shares held n a trust in a tax friendly location and by using a VPN set to show you in a different country, with a few more tweaks you can continue to trade under the radar.

I am from India and my country has also banned Bitcoin recently. On top of everything, I do not understand how can the government even when something which is not his. Elephant clearly knows that cryptocurrency is nowhere near the government control and that's why they are called decentralized coin so how they can even ban something like this. By the way, if you have some skills you can work as a freelancer in the Bitcoin community.
