You already opened a scam accusation against them https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/kryptono-scammed-me-and-stole-my-coins-5240229

It is better you updated everything in one thread and wait for the site representatives to respond to you rather than keeping on making threads.
I was hearing about this site recently after seeing the scam accusation including the one you made. There are several trusted exchanges in the market and always stick to reputed sites rather than risking your money with unknown exchanges. Sorry to hear about your loss and hopefully it will be sorted once the scam accusation will come under their radar.

Sorry for your loss @Alpacino7 but you had to be more cautious. Before sending your coins to an unpopular exchange, you have to do your own research and read other users reviews. There are many scam accusation threads against them already.

If they keep the price low it's a big red flag because they have to be making money somehow. They cannot do it by selling this low so this has to be a way of attracting victims.
they are not selling anything. The moment you make a deposit they will lock your account or come up with a silly excuse to make you unable to withdraw your money.

Instead of creating a new thread, you can just move the topic to Scam Accusation board.

click on the bottom left side of this webpage. You will see a link "move topic". Just click it and chose the board you want

I used an image i found on google, jsut click on "move topic" and not "lock topic"

About your scam accusation:
You should always avoid to use small exchanges. An exchange XRP>BTC can be done in almost every exchange in the world, you shouldn't use a small one. Binance for example is much safer.

You could also try, in the future, swap services like InstaSwap, Easyrabbit,  Coinswap, and many others...

It's surely a disappointing experience and sorry about that but I have a question how much was TUSD when you have bought them? This is a stable coin and usually, the price of it ranges from $1.01 - $0.97 only.

I've seen on https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/kryptono/ that their bitcoin's price is even cheaper than the recent that we have.

Currently BTC
Binance = $7,661
Kryptono = $6,661

If they keep the price low it's a big red flag because they have to be making money somehow. They cannot do it by selling this low so this has to be a way of attracting victims.
The scam part is probably somewhere in their fees or in lack of liquidity caused by them doing something with customer's money like trading or gambling, which makes them unable to process payouts in time. They don't add coins to your balance for a week because they are using it somehow.
After a few hours, the price pumped a bit for them yet it's still lower than the regular pricing of most exchanges. I also think that they're attracting people to deposit and once they've got someone deposited.

They'll just rinse and repeat the process just like the experience of Alpacino.

Sorry to hear about your negative experience. This is the Internet - some part of it is good, some is bad. So be skeptical about anything you use, visit or download because you never know when you could hit yet another shitty website like Kryptono.

I'd advise you to try Atomic DEX. It may not have lots of coins on it but it does the job without KYC, scams or abusive rules. Atomic DEX is only for mobile - if you wish to use an exchange on your PC, go for Bisq. They have way more coins on their exchange and the volume is larger, but on the downside, it's harder to use.

Tl;dr: Try some decentralized exchanges. Feels nice to have the control in your own hands. Smiley

Never had heard about this exchange. How come you tried to use such an exchange which has ho reputation nor any acquaintance at all? There are a lot of other exchanges out there. You should only use the reputed one.

The question here is why did you choose that exchange? How do you found it? Maybe you went to google and search the worst 10 Exchange and there it was. If you want to have a good customer service from an exchange, always go with the big ones. And if you don't want to use an exchange with KYC then just install atomic wallet, easy as that.

Hello guys, So here is an email that I sent to Kryptono exchange. Sorry for my bad english and for my bad words. I was and still so angry  Angry Angry Cry
Email:
"this maybe the 100th time I email you.The first time I deposited Rippels, You took more than a week to credit the coins to my account. Then I changed the XRP to BTC and I wanted to withdraw my BTC you said btc walled is on maintenance. so I fucking wait for a week and you didn't fix that So I tried to trade my bitcoins into another withdraw-able coin. And guess what happens each time I place an order in many coins; the price goes up in a crazy way. So I assume you made a script or a code so when someone place an order the fake market you show to us do like that so we buy coins with a very high price you fucking scammers. And today I had enough, I said Okay, I'll loose some coins and I traded BTC to TUSD and Ofc as I expected I bought TUSD with a crazy high price and I lost 25% of my initial deposit. I thought I'll be able to withdraw my remaining coins though. And What a surprise; my withdrawal gets rejected every time. I'm really mad right now. You know what, If I didn't get a response on this request within 2 days. Keep The fucking coins and I'll spread this email + Recordings on how your fucking fake market behaves (it's a fake system to fool us) everywhere so that people won't get scammed by you and I'll make a scam alert against you."

First of all, if any service /exchange does not respond to you on first few emails, there is no point in emailing them 100 times.
Secondly if you're new to crypto, who told you to deposit  With KRYPTONO Exchange ? If any friend of yours told to do so, ask him WHY ?
Rest, the bitter truth is that your funds are lost.

Sorry for your loss. I think the instructions that were given above are quite good, so move the topic and edit the first post to add more information about your particular case (and some proof, of course). It's not likely that scammers will reconsider their actions but if they are present on this forum, they are likely to get negative trust as well as receive generally bad publicity in the community. Please consider using ONLY REPUTABLE exchanges next time, it's very important to check the reviews and, if you're not sure, ask people to share their experience with exchanges before you deposit your money there.

Hi sorry to ear about this issue.  But I think it's better for the whole community that you open a thread in
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 Scam Accusation section and not here.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073 use the proper format to report this scam
Please be aware this will not give back probably your coin but at least you gave the chance to help other people to avoid such loss / scam investment.

Other users have already reported troubles/scam accusation against them

May I ask why did you signup to this KRYPTONO exchange platform?
There are bigger and more trusted crypto exchange platforms.I've never heard about Kryptono,so I guess it's a small and "not so regulated" platform.Does it support "Know-your-customer" (KYC) policies?Does it require ID verification? I can't seem to find good reviews about Kryptono online.
People are using those shady crypto exchange platforms a their own risk.I wouldn't be surprised if they scam you with all the coins deposited in your account.

Move to Scam Accusations board and make sure you provide more evidence to explain it.  People wouldn't believe what you said if you don't have much evidence as a proof of your story
