I appreciate you for the link, but i have not rank up and if i rank up to member i will write my excitement post in the achievement threads, this forum is not something someone will wake up and learn everything, I'm learning i will this information will be opportune to master somethings that is unknown to me, i appreciate each an everyone who give me link to write up.

It's good and I'm delighted for you because it takes time and a thorough comprehension of the forum to earn merits, especially when you're new to the forum. I suppose some individuals find it challenging Since they are solely concerned in merits and end up spamming the site. This is a place where we can exchange knowledge about bitcoin with other users. I'm here to learn about bitcoin, and so far I've picked up a lot of knowledge. I'm also trying to help out as much as I can on the forum.

I commend him for being attentive to details, at least he has known the do's and don't of the community within a short time of signing up. Some newcomers would stay for a very long time without knowing how things work here in the end they get banned or punished for malpractices.

If we should have newcomers that are willing to learn and understand what is going on in the community, here will be a better place and everyone would likely enjoy their stay here and there will be decent communication about cryptocurrency and other related life issues

You just have to be happy because of Everything done here is commendable and knowledgeable,  you improve yourself from here especially it has to do with digital currency focusing on bitcoin and altcoins you will get to know everything about them and you too impact what you know about them to another person, if you keep your focus right you will earn many other merits and push up the ranks.

Focusing on earned merit will make you focus to write merit hunting posts and topics.

I am surprised to see you did not care to use a correct signature code but the scam casino hired you still paid you many weeks.

From your post I can conclude that you invest time in writing. With more effort I am sure you will get more merits. Just spend more time on learning about and observing the the Bitcoin space and your contributions to the forum will improve which will attract more merits. I am not a fan of open celebration of achievements because they attract unnecessary attacks. Therefore you didn't need to announce you victories for everybody to hear or see. Just keep giving out quality information and merits will naturally come.

About your number 7 point, it's okay to copy and paste oo, in a case where you read through a post not in the forum though and it impacted you and you feel the need to share, please go ahead and copy and paste but indicate that it's a copied post and acknowledge the original writer or source.

Congrats on your achievement and understanding of the forum rules and regulations. But you, as a newbie, is advising other newbies on how to use this forum and what to do or not, which I found very unrealistic. I am sure most of the members also found this very disturbing. If you truly care about merit and if you truly learned about this forum, I think you wouldn't have posted this thread.

It always seems impossible until the day you earn your first 1 merit, because every high rank you see today was once in that shoe and we all know how it felt like that someone appreciated our content to be worth meriting for the first time. But one thing you just need to understand is that growth is a gradual process, and as such, it's always good to obey all the rules and guidelines which governs a place/online community such as this forum, and avoid shortcuts, because just as you have earn 16merits today, if only you can remain consistent, while providing value to the bitcointalk community, your growth is rest assured

Oh gawd, are these guide topics where newbies advise other newbies what to do (and actually not following theirs own advice) ever stop showing up?

@OP you at taking bitcointalk way to seriously. This is just a discussion forum where people comes to exchange opinion and eventually learned something new and you made it look like some of company where people come to work.

Also had one thing I've observed which has always put a smile on my my face whenever i remember it, posting something meaningful is not all by the magnitude of the content of your post and i love the way people also administered to their actions, you will discover i single line post with meaningful thoughts being attracted with merits  while a whole page post with confusing words and unspecific direction ended not being appreciated, which means not how far but how well, OP i believe you would have come across the ranking up thread but chose to go by this way, learn and be who you are.

I’m happy you’re getting rewarded for your contributions, there's a kind of exhilaration to one’s getting merit for the first time. But I don’t think you should be posting all this, if it does mean a lot to you that you have to, post it here Take your own advice and lock this topic

Announce your rank up, merit or any achievements that makes you feel great!

We all understand how happy newcomers are when they advance in rank, but you have to understand what a forum will become if each newcomer creates a separate topic dedicated to his happiness for each occasion.

Why you did not edit your previous thread with new things you learned?

One of the things that make people to make good content in posting .

I know people will be wondered why I'm excited and the reason my subject is named ' MY HAPPINESS ' I'm happy because i understand that this forum is all about your desperation and continuity of learning, and i understand from other ways that this forum knowledge is infinity learning since Bitcoin is existing. So my happiness is that i have finally earned a merit and i promised that if i earn a 1 merit i will be glad, now i have earned 16 merits and am so glad. Reference   one of the things that makes people to make good content in posting

this point only made me to know that we don't need to be conscious of anything, and what we need to create our personal innovation which people will follow our style's.

For the newbies to go further, we need to have the following.

1. We need to have courage
2. Be determined
3. Take correction's
4. Read the pinned post's
5. Make quality post's
6. Preview before posting
7. Avoid copy & paste work
8. Be creative

1. we need to have courage
Encouragement will make a newbie to not been backslide, some people has be distracted and fails to continue learning for the forum because of criticizing from people, and if you follow some response of people you will be discouraged, and what we need to Excel is to have courage that you will learn and teach others.

2.Be determined
A determination is the key of everything and is not far from courage, unless someone is not determine and it will devote time to learn from a place where education is free, when i noticed that's lessons of Bitcoin for the forum is free of charge and began to think of the profit of the sites, so if you are determined you will acquire the knowledge of Bitcoin and altcoins for free without charges.

3. Take correction's
From my studies and confirmed that some of my fellow newbies doesn't sometimes accept correction's from the superior ones, and that makes them to run out of the forum without anything. For a newbie and someone who have bitcoin and forum in mind to grow, you most learn have to accept correction, i read some posts in technically board and i noticed one person is into arguments with almost six people in one thread, so began to reason this don't want to agree with the majorities, and that argument results ban in technically board, which the person can't post there. So we need to accept our mistakes if we wants to learn.

4. Read the pinned post's
Reading of pinned post is like reading an organization minutes book, so it will refreshing the reader and insert new old informations that happened in the past, and reading such post is educative, which i will advice any newbies to make sure he/she reads any pinned post across any board's.

5. Make quality post's
A quality post is a post that is understandable and have more facts and it doesn't matter how long and short the post looks like, but what is concerned is the content. I have seen some Post that the content is short and it's meaningful and someone regards it as quality posting. Any body can define what is quality post to the level it understand it.

6. Preview before posting
Previewing should be necessary, because through preview it's the area you can boldly notice your errors of typography, so my mates supposed to know that the easiest way to correct your mistake is through preview of work, and nobody supposed to be exempted from previews of work for skipping of errors.


7. Avoid copy & paste work
Copy and paste work, i find out that it's against the rules and regulations of the forum, after reading the terms and conditions of the forum, don't claim work of someone as original author or paragraphs a work, so we have to avoid this things newbies.

8. Be creative
Creativity is another thing that do help to grow, since i have being reading post's i have not seen were two persons creates one topic, so creativity is what makes people to be known and also have influence to others, creating function that have not been done in the forum is what the forum needs.
