I think Ethereum is one of the best coin to invest, but I dont think ETH will reach BTC price in this year (or in next year). A lot of begginers who just starting to learn crypto has heard only about Bitcoin and they are buying BTC at first. So BTC still much more popular among most part of people.
I think it depends upon bitcoin if bitcoin suffer continuous slump and mostly down for the rest of the year then ethereum can overtake bitcoin before the year end. Ethereum has the capability to surge past the bitcoin but it may take before that happen. This year, ethereum is predicted to hit more all-time highs as the demand for the cryptocurrency continue to increase.
I think that the ETH is the second biggest coin in the crypto trade world. Due to their excellence and promoting innovation they follow the steps of the BTC in the industry which is a good thing to promote crypto in the whole world.
In my opinion , ETH is now more hot than BTC because the explosion of ICOs base on ETH Blockchain. During the recent dip, ETH price even a little come up, all altcoins and BTC holders lose funds but ETH holders still have profit. So i think that ETH will reach BTC price this year. What do you think guys?
no. I'm not sure what you're predicting. I believe eth has an extraordinary future than any other crypto. but not to be a competitor to bitcoin. because after all, every investor and trade has bitcoin as a means of exchange.
It needs eth to participate in ico, but the current ico market is unstable, the threshold is low, there is no security guarantee, the investor's enthusiasm will decrease, and the recent price will not surpass bitcoin.
Yes for sure even the time bitcoin rised upto 20K and all other altcoins were neglected but ethereum had stable value around 300$ . In that time only i decided i am not going to sell ether in near future . Now ethereum stable value around 850$-900$ running . I hope in near futeure it will cross 2000$ .

I think this will never happen. Yes, etherum is an excellent altcoin and technology is better than bitcoin, but to surpass bitkin either this year or in the foreseeable future nobody will succeed, even the etherium.

ETH is NOT A LONG TERM INVESTMENT.
Once Casper is applied and PoS makes it imposible to mine or trade, ETH will only be valuable for it's smart contracts signs. So the price will be way lower than now. ETH will die with PoS.

Eth is always one of the best coins to hold no arguments there. But eth will not be priced than btc in near future. Specially with segwit the transaction fees are really low comparing to what it was in last year , BTC will be priced very high in 2018. So eth will never come close to btc
I really don't think so. The value gap is yet too big to cover too compete with BTC. Bitcoin - $11,465.60 and ETH - $862.71

Almost all ICO projects, Airdrops are on the market they use ethereum blockchain 80%. This is a good indication that ETH will continue to grow and increase in the future. With more features, fast transfer time, low cost. ETH will be the coolest coin in the future.
I dont think ETH will reach bitcoin price, in my opinion bitcoin is just too mainstream to get dethroned for the most expensive cryptocurrency category. One thing i believe on though, is that in 2018 Ethereum will rise more percentage wise than bitcoin, so that being said, in my opinion you will make more money if you have your money on ethereum than if you have your money on bitcoin.
Yes i do exactly think the same that ethereum would never reach bitcoin price and i do think ethereum is more profitable than bitcoin. bitcoin already too high and dont think the price will ever reach more than 20k $ anymore. ethereum have been uses by many businesses and it will survive cause they offer real project and already have a lot customers. i do believe ethereum atleast could reach 1200 $ in few month.

still too far to talk about eth price going past bitcoin this year, but nothing is impossible. basically the supply of eth is currently unlimited, that is what makes eth price difficult to rise to the moon like bitcoin when supply bitcoin limited only until 21M.
In my opinion ETH will continue growing in every years but not possible for ETH to reach same price like BTC. In my prediction the price of ETH in the last of this year around $4000-$6000. I hope this is will be come true so everybody will make profit and happy.

ethereum is coins that have a great future, though several inches away from the bitcoin, however, the strength of the ethereum will increase the length and of course it will be better than future bitcoin later on.
Ethereum is the most useful and functional coin. In addition, it has large community and businesses based on it. So this one will exist while there is life in the Earth.
Ethereum is one of the hottest coin ever and will stay. They are so many project with real use case who actually running on the ethereum blockchain. If these utility tokens become more and famours, ethereum will be unstoppable. So of all the coins, ethereum has the brightest futures. I think it will overtake one day bitcoin is value and marketcap. And there will be a lot of resellers who will accept ethereum before bitcoin.
