The hardest part is choosing the best time to exit and choosing to enter again. We need courage to do it. Because we may regret it later if we sell and it pump after a few days.

Unfortunately, its not just yours that is down, The crypto market is currently facing a significant dip that is affecting most of the coins, most have lost value as a result and affected most portfolios, there are still hopes though that the market will recover so take heart its a crypto characteristic to lose value rapidly over time, This is mostly due to the high volatile nature of the crypto market It however regains value with time, so your ortfolo will not remain at the bottom for long

Well your portfolio is not that different from that of everyone else, so everyone else's portfolio is equally down. But the fall is not as strong too much and it will be a matter of time before it starts rising again. The thing is that you wont realize it earlier to know that you are supposed to sell at this moment.

I think that there is nothing terrible here. I also lost a lost, but I'm waiting and I think that's still ahead. 
Well atleast you learn from your experience that when you sell your coin, that means you lost it. In cryptocurrency HODL is always a solution, whenever the market falls, this kind of behaviour also that could affect the bitcoin price since if everyone is trying to hold instead of doing panic sell, the dump won't be too much and the price can recover easily.
Everyone's portfolio is down, not only you I've made 100..% profit but stil I make losses though I am in profit that still hurts.

This a patience and long term game.Never disappoint because you may have this opportunity once again.Hold your investment till the bullish trend start.Prices will again rise just hold on wait and observe.If you are engage in short term trading its very beneficial because fluctuations in market is high,more chances to earn profit but risky as well.
Try to use stop loss the next time if you trade short positions. If you trade for long, then keep your coins, the market will necessarily grow.
I have the same problem, but I stopped worrying about it. I believe that the market will grow and update its maximum values.I advise you to go to the blockfolio less often.
