You're lucky you got a response from Cyrus, usually it takes weeks, even months to get a response, let alone action from an admin, since they have to keep up with a large backlog of work (I think).
Telling us won't help. You said yourself you have a long password, so no one would be able to crack it, even if they got past the time restriction.
