this services are expensive and not worth.

I switched to another autobuy service like shoppy and there is similar problem, btc isn't coming, wtf?

support told me this:

"After further review, it appears your payout has been delayed due to high cryptocurrency network fees. In order for us to ensure you get the most revenue out of your earnings,
we delay payouts when cryptocurrency fees are higher than usual. Therefore, you can wait for the cryptocurrency network fees to get low (hopefully throughout the week) in order to get paid. "

wtf?? Who else is waiting for weeks to receive the BTC? I don't get what the real issue is.

https://mempool.jhoenicke.de/#BTC,1w,weight

look at the charts and you have an idea if fees are high.  high fees crush btc for business unless you are sending big btc.

sending 200 usd for 200 in btc and paying 100 in fees does not work.

sending 30000 usd for 30000 usd worth of btc and paying 100 in fees kind of works.

there are people trying to move btc payments to LN or to LTC and DOGE.

...
The mempool is less congested right now compared to the previous days. According to mempool.space, the fee rate needed to pay for a high priority transaction is less than 50 sats/vByte or ~$2 for a standard transaction. This is not really that expensive. So, if the service you are using didn't already process your transaction then you should consider switching to a more reliable alternative as soon as you can.

Not sure how the service you are using work, but if the transaction fees get deducted from the withdrawn amount (you are the one who pays the fees) then the mempool congestion excuse doesn't make any sense and the decision to delay processing your transaction is not up to them to take.

When the [bitcoin] mempool gets congested af (loads of unconfirmed transaction waiting to be confirmed), miner fees sky rockets which is what has been happening lately. So long as you transact bitcoins + mempool condition remain more or less the same, expect to encounter higher than usual miner fee.

And the bit where the service decided to delay sending your bitcoin earnings is an internal policy of theirs in response to the high miner fees.

Hello, did you find any fix?

I have the same problem with shoppy.gg, BTC transaction is stuck for days and they don't respond anything

they still don't answer..

Op's next post after what you quoted was them affiriming everything has been solved. Idk if it was through shoppy's help or the mempool just eased up though. as you may have noticed, these two posts had a 10 day gap.

What about the suggestion/s mentioned before in this thread, have you tried them? particularly CFFP if you have the PK of the receiving address or viabtc if conditions are met.

Yes, the OPs cleared when the mempool got a bit less congested in early June

3 options now

1) Wait it out.
2) As @Potato Chips said do a CPFP if you can
3) Paid TX accelerator https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator

Without knowing the amounts and your need for the BTC it's impossible to tell you what you should do.

I don't think you can do much other than continuously sending e-mails or tickets so that they will bump the fees. Your stuck transaction is likely because the network is congested and Shoppy uses a very low fee. If they still don't respond you can consider making a new thread instead of bumping this one. Judging from OP's story, there is little chance they will respond and you'll likely end up waiting for the network to be free instead.

The mempool is where the Bitcoin software stores all the unprocessed transactions waiting to be mined.
It is set to 300 megabytes by default so as it fills up, transactions that would put it above the 300 megabyte limit are purged in the order of lowest transaction fees first.
Most mining pools, have it set way higher than that because they don't want to ever run the risk of not being able to mine something.

The problem you are encountering now is the fact that since the address you are apparently sending to is an exchange and not a address you control, so there is no way for you to spend the unconfirmed transaction with a high fee. An exchange won't do it, so unless shoppy will retransmit these transactions with higher fees, you're just going to have to wait.

Did you contact shoppy support? If So what did they say?

There have been a few transactions mind with fees in the high teens sat / vb over the past couple of days. So if there is a low and new transactions over this coming weekend, there is a possibility that yours might actually get mined.

Sir I am continuously sending email to shoppy support almost 2 emails a day as reminder
But I am not receiving any response from them!!
Neither from email nor from ticket in shoppy.gg website!!

I just don't understand the concept of a crypto online marketplace like them not paying the proper fees . Especially if the person doing the selling is the one paying the fees anyway, it's not like it comes out of shoppy's pocket.
Instead of blaming the sender, specifically this one, because they are also a business who wants to lessen the fee for them to get more profit.
We should question the technical side of it, where the network should drop the transaction already by a specific time not more than X days so it could not be like this that its almost 3 months.

The technical side of it is easy, many people run nodes that don't drop anything from the mempool ever so transactions stay active.

It's also been proven, that most miners have no limits on their mempool so they could grab any transaction whenever and mine it. That's their job to mine transactions and put them in the blockchain. There's absolutely no reason they should ever drop anything.

If you're asking or want to discuss what mempool got so bloated that's a different story. But not really for this post / thread. As for the fees, it was a legit question I was asking. I don't use shoppy so I don't know if there is a way to hold payments and make 1 larger TX or adjust the fees that are used to send the TX or anything else. And, for the services I do use for the most part they are using the proper fees to get them into the next block or two.

Is there a way for you to control the fees when withdrawing from them? Otherwise, I can see this happening again.
Or at least, have the coins going to a wallet that is 100% under your control so you can do the CPFP transaction. Sending it to an exchange there's not much that can be done.

I know they also offer the ability to use other coins, have you switched to those?

Anyhow, glad to see it worked out.

Today around 4 hours ago, all my bitcoin 12 transactions are completed.
Amount was around 280$ at time of transaction.
But today I received around 243$
it is because of bitcoin prices went down in past 72 hours.

But still it is good for me, because I was worried transactions might get dropped from the network.

Thank you all members, in this post, Who gave suggestion and advices how to kept the transactions alive.

Thank you all

I just checked mempool.space and transactions paying less than 8.85 sat/vb are being purged. Most of your unconfirmed transactions pay ~8.95sat/vb,. So, there is a high chance they will be dropped soon.
Not sure if this is a good thing or not as it depends on shoppy.gg's policy regarding canceled transactions! The best thing to do is to contact them and inform them about your case.

I am totally new in this filed. I don't know what these terms means!!

Is there any idea how long I need to wait to complete these transactions?
As of now, if things stay the same the answer is sadly days to weeks.
There has not been a 8 or 9 sat / vb transaction that was not either put through an accelerator or had a large CPFP fee.
I know it's frustrating Sad

Have you contacted shoppy.gg support and yelled? Probably will not accomplish much but at this point in time no service should be sending TX out with fees that low.

Do you control the private keys to the 1HbnW4MoCMCFQE26GGmPF5qc18i1ue5Bny address? If you do just use coin control select those TX and send them to another address you control with a high fee. The problem is do you really want to spend $9.00 to get $27 and since it's the same low fee everywhere you would have to spend the same $9 to get the $18 payment.

-Dave

1HbnW4MoCMCFQE26GGmPF5qc18i1ue5Bny

Sir this is Binance address, In wallet only address is showing!!

I am willing to spend 9$ on each because total amount is 262+ dollars.
9*12=110$ I would spend I guess on these transactions.

But I don't know the method how to spend this!!

Purged is a nebulous term. There are many nodes that never ever purge. Others have the mempool size set very low and are purging at a higher value.
However, nodes that have the default mempool size are probably purging transactions below the 9 sat/vb

Most pools, perhaps all of them, have the mepool set to a very large size.
Because if you do drop the lower value TX then if someone like the OP comes in and does do a CPFP TX with a *massive* fee then that pool would see that TX as invalid and discard it, but a pool that kept a larger mempool would get the TX and and the fee.
