I just checked mempool.space and transactions paying less than 8.85 sat/vb are being purged. Most of your unconfirmed transactions pay ~8.95sat/vb,. So, there is a high chance they will be dropped soon.
Not sure if this is a good thing or not as it depends on shoppy.gg's policy regarding canceled transactions! The best thing to do is to contact them and inform them about your case.

Is there any idea how long I need to wait to complete these transactions?
As of now, if things stay the same the answer is sadly days to weeks.
There has not been a 8 or 9 sat / vb transaction that was not either put through an accelerator or had a large CPFP fee.
I know it's frustrating Sad

Have you contacted shoppy.gg support and yelled? Probably will not accomplish much but at this point in time no service should be sending TX out with fees that low.

Do you control the private keys to the 1HbnW4MoCMCFQE26GGmPF5qc18i1ue5Bny address? If you do just use coin control select those TX and send them to another address you control with a high fee. The problem is do you really want to spend $9.00 to get $27 and since it's the same low fee everywhere you would have to spend the same $9 to get the $18 payment.

That's true, to be specific you need to own private key/in control of at least one receiving address.
Oh thanks, i thought you can only do CPFP on transactions you sent as sender, not the other way around but im wrong, thanks for the clarification.

It's not about sender/receiver, but about who own private key/in control of at least one receiving address. So sender could perform CPFP if he send Bitcoin to another address he own (usually sender's change address).

This is the address where transactions are pending.

I have follow the CPFP and make transaction on this address from another wallet with high fee.

that transaction get instantly completed it was done yesterday.

But the payouts from shoppy are pending!!

Am I right that shoppy.gg use Bitcoin payment processor to process all the payment then they will transfer the balance to your account to withdraw it to your desired wallet? The transaction that uses on your transaction is below the fee for purging. This transaction will stuck or failed soon. But since you don't have a private key. You should contact shoppy.gg support and request to bump the fee or chat with your client to bump fee the fee for the transaction to be confirmed.

Let me check viaBtc!!

This is not possible on free accelerator on Viabtc because the fee is below the minimum fee allowed by them.

Yes you are correct in everyway.

But viabtc paid accelerator cost me 68$ per transaction.
and this total amount is around 260$ in 12 pending transaction.

So I need to pay around 840+$ as fee to accelerate these transaction that is not worth it.

The fee that they paid is 8.96 sat/vB
What wallet are YOU using to get the payments?

You need to be able to select those transactions using coin control and send them to another address that you control with enough of a fee that it's worth it to the miners.
At the moment fees have bounced back above 100 sat/vB you it's going to have to be a big number since you have to cover the fees for the new TX *and* all the fees for the older ones.

Might not be worth it for the number of TX and the amounts involved.

The way to speed up your transactions are depends on the wallet you used, if you use a non custodial wallet which have RBF feature enabled, you can bump the fee. If you're using a non custodial wallet which not have such feature or using a custodial wallet, you can do it by yourself.

I heard you can accelerate your transaction using third party help e.g. viabtc, but it seems it's not a free service.

Are you sure you're send your Bitcoin to correct address? because the mempool was emptiedon April 10 [1], your coins should be arrived on that time.

What i understand on OPs situation is that he is the receiver from his shoppy.gg account's payout to his wallet in which all you've mentioned are impossible.

If OP is the receiver, he could perform CPFP either with built-in wallet CPFP feature or doing it manually by creating new transaction which select input/UTXO from currently unconfirmed transaction with very high fees. But if OP isn't in hurry to and the fee rate isn't very low, waiting probably is good option.

The OP obviously wasn't in a big hurry, but he's talking about a transaction that was requested back on March 28, which is quite a long time ago.

I would not add new btc to accelerate the transaction, I would rather contact the platform and try to get assistance from there. Without them, we can't know the exact reason for the withdrawal delay, I tend to suspect that the OP is a victim of some kind of scam/hack.

I thought CPFP is only possible when you are in control the wallet/private key of the transaction you are trying to perform CPFP?

From 28 march to onward, All my Btc shoppy.gg payments are stuck on network

This is more than a month and a half, and even if the transaction has low fees, it is either confirmed or that this transaction has been dropped, and if you are the receiving party of the transaction, then the platform software will give you the option to withdraw with fees that are considered good on average.

So, are you sure that you have withdrawn from a real account and that you have not been scammed? Can you still see the transaction in any block explorer?

Also, viabtc is free accelerator with paid option.

As for OP's option only is to use a free accelerator that viabtc offers that i don't think any services offer the same. But if it cannot be accelerated in viabtc due to its minimum requirements i guess that there's nothing OP can do but to wait.
Unless shoppy.gg accelerate the transaction by using paid service or rebroadcast if RBF is enabled. The thing is they should do it already knowing that those transactions sent since march. Technically it should be dropped by the network already, but if the transactions are still exists and still pending, unfortunately it means you still need to wait til it get at least 1 confirmation because there's no other option for you but to wait.
