I would say that you can go ahead to tell them about Crypto in summary bet don’t introduce and engage them fully into it since it is banned in the country that you reside, because informations flies in seconds, the children that you are teaching about crypto might end up telling others about it as well which would lead to many knowing about it. We humans are not 100% secretive, once they start telling others about bitcoin then it is no longer a secret. Moreover, someday the government might lift the ban that was placed on cryto in your country. Just take it slow and keep it cool with them for now.

Because the world is increasingly digital, it is a good idea to teach our future generations about Bitcoin and to help them grasp the Crypto environment.

And in order to benefit from it, you must fully understand it while also paying attention to the legal, political, and judicial systems of your nation.

Cryptocurrency has been banned, like in some other nations.

Moreover, another important thing is that in my country cryptocurrency i.e. Bitcoin is a completely government banned currency. So should we teach our children about the banned currency?

Moreover, as time progresses, the interest of children towards Bitcoin is increasing day by day.  Would it be reasonable to keep young children away from Bitcoin in the context of my country?

There's nothing wrong in introducing children in their young stage about bitcoin, it help give them an edge over their contemporaries economically in such a modern world we find ourselves today. The only issue here in context to your milieu with the ban on crypto activities bitcoin inclusive too in your country, I will advise to hold on from  introducing them to bitcoin, they're children and children will always be children when playing out there with their mates they may decide to want to tell their mates/friends about what their Dad have been teaching them and this may cast what your engagement into cryptocurrency to the public and put you and your family at risk since it's under ban thereby illegitimate to engaged and I believe you wouldn't want that to happen.

So just give them some time, to have some more maturity about certain policies  about life and the society they live in and then you can bring them into the Crypto business without fear. Or perhaps by then the government might have equally lifted the ban too.

Goodnight, o_e_l_e_o 🌹
I want to know a deep thing from you, I live in a joint family with multiple members including my parents, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, nephews and nieces. Several people in our family work in cryptocurrency. We always work on Bitcoins and cryptocurrencies with computers and mobile phones. This made my family's young children interested in our work and wanting to know about Bitcoin.

But the problem is that my family's younger children all study in primary label. Should we educate young children about Bitcoin or introduce them to Bitcoin?

There are some types of businesses that is not expected of adults to introduce to Minors.
No matter how lucrative the business is you are not supposed to introduce it to minors, especially if that business is not legal within your country of jurisdiction or Residence and also if that business is too risky to be handled by a child.

Since bitcoin is banned in your country there is no need to charge your children to not obey the laws and also the Bitcoin is a Risky Business just like gambling, it is not good to introduce to children that cannot handle losses

It's better to educate your children now, they may travel to other countries where Bitcoin is popular so they will be aware of it already.
Early education needs to be poured on children if they already have an interest in knowing more about Bitcoin. No need to force it, just let them absorb knowledge according to their abilities. Besides that no one knows human age, early learning from the family can provide basic knowledge for children when they are ready to make Bitcoin a medium for making money.
Children's curiosity is a form of their interest in the activities carried out by their families, they need support and motivation from the family so that they can become the next generation when their parents are no longer doing these activities.

You don't need to teach children about bitcoin, especially if, in your country, bitcoin is prohibited by the government. Maybe later, when they grow up, you can provide an understanding of bitcoin and how to use it and hopefully, at that time, your government will allow its citizens to use it at that time. How do you use bitcoin when bitcoin is banned in your country? Do you keep it in your wallet without using it or are you still trying to use it by finding a place that suits you?

I think until a certain point, children should be kept away from bitcoin. Given the specifics of your country, as you say. Better yet, perform all actions with all family members in such a way as not to fall into the field of vision of children and not advertise this in front of them. Actually, it should have been done right away. Kids can be overly talkative and you can get in trouble if they blabbed in elementary school.

The time will come when they will become older and more conscious, and then you will be able to initiate them into the mysteries of bitcoin.

This shouldn't just be in the contest of your country but rather on the children's mental health.
I'm sure you wouldn't be giving them money to invest right ? And you aso mentioned that they're still in primary level, why not let them focus more on their regular education rather than trying to feed their brain with what isn't really sharp for the now.
I believe you will be wanting to teach them wallets and all the rest but sir I will advice you let the grow first and since you guys work mostly in Bitcoin related places, I'm sure it will be easier for them when they're of age.

I recommend it, Cryptocurrency is a revolutionary and progressive technology they will eventually discover but its better that you're the one to teach them so they can get the right facts about Bitcoin

It may not be ban forever as countries are changing their stand on Bitcoin, they are banning it now but with the worldwide acceptance, they may not keep up banning Bitcoin.

With regards to how your country banned crypto, I do think it will still change in the future especially if most of the big countries are into bitcoin acceptance so we really hope for that. For now, focus on teaching those young minds first while they are still giving high motivation on learning. That way, they can easily perceive and understand whatever you instill to them, and as children are still keen observers, they will also observe on how your family is giving importance to bitcoin, much more that they will value bitcoin in the future.

I don't think there will be any wrong things in knowing about Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies. And besides, the knowledge about this will take them a lot further in the future. While cryptocurrency is currently banned in the country, there is a high possibility that it will become legal in the near future.
So currently you can introduce them to it, but since it is not legalized yet, don't make them do any illegal work. Since you are involved in trading so I would say don't just give them knowledge about trading, there are lots of other sector in Crypto currency like blockchain and blockchain developing etc you can give them light introduction about it.

I think there is no harmful affect of learning cryptocurrency in younger age , because if they properly understand the basic of crypto in younger age , they will be experienced and pro crypto trader and technical analyser as well as holder in teen age. But while learning crypto they must also focus on his school study.
Moreover Bitcoin is future because with time when fiat got devaluation due to inflation, the only choice to safe your saving or fund from devaluation is Bitcoin, so keep guiding them about Bitcoin because these guidence will help them in future.
We can teach children because they are interested in knowing it, so it's not forcing and it's not something that distracts him from his knowledge of education and the world of play, what we teach about Bitcoin for knowledge in spare time so that he can understand it more easily, I'm happy with children who want have the knowledge to improve their abilities and when they grow up they will become smart and expert people, they are prospective professional traders in the future so we must increase the enthusiasm for school learning and knowledge about crypto.

So you live where bitcoin isnt allowed to be used. Anyway as long as you can understand and learn bitcoin, there is no problem. Im just curious that they banned bitcoin inspite of heavily adoption going on. You could still teach them anyway, maybe the ban isnt forever and your government will realize later on that its still worth to utilize blockchain for finance and payment protocols.
Banning could only be temporary who knows so it’s still good to teach those young children about cryptocurrency knowing it won’t be hard for you to teach them anyway since their interest and crypto learning experience increase day by day. But i just hope that you can also teach the children that even if they already have crypto investments in the future, it’s still more reliable if they can get a real stable job first that can give them main income and consider crypto jobs or investments as side hustles. That way, they will come to understand to have multi sources of income as long as they are capable on doing it.

I think it's a good thing if your family wants to know about Bitcoin,to me its not really a bad thing if they know about it, just that I would love you to educate them well, give them the guild lines of which they would follow, tell them the advantages and disadvantages of Bitcoin so they can know and have a perfect thoughts before engaging into it,

As for me I'm new here and I'm still learning, but i won't to share the knowledge I would have here with my family, that's if they want to know, I will teach them and introduce them to it....

Since you live in a joint family. Everyone there works on Bitcoin. But I think your children are too young to study at primary level. Introduce them to Bitcoin. But never encourage them to work. Because now is the right time for them to study. This is the time to educate them. If children earn money during this period, their passion for studies will decrease. So you should never make such a mistake.

...If bitcoin is prohibited in your country, there is no need to teach the kids...

Knowing how the blockchain functions and what role bitcoin plays in this is not a violation of the law. Therefore, the OP can pass on theoretical knowledge about bitcoin to his children, if they are really interested, but at the same time draw their attention to the fact that trading in cryptocurrencies is currently prohibited in their country.

No, since the children are still in primary level because, they will not really focus on some of the things you are teaching them about BTC. Since you said BTC is totally banned in your country which will be difficult for such children to keep secret about BTC like the way adult will keep the secret without allow people to know he or she have idea on BTC or investing on BTC in the country. I will advise you to allow them get to 17 years or 18 years before teaching them about BTC which will really help them to ask you many questions concerning BTC.

Actually, nowadays education is as a condition not a proof as a master. So I don't think it's wrong to put education first, but they certainly have an interest, so that's what we have to facilitate. We must not insist on letting it come from within their minds.
I don't think it will be a problem. If it was their own will it would be better. It will keep them striving to understand and want to keep improving. I think you should teach them about the real Bitcoin. So they know the truth, because nowadays many people try to claim to be the creators of bitcoin with the tokens or coins it creates, it is very dangerous for the foreseeable future.

There are many legal people/police around us if they get any information about Bitcoin from the mouth of children then our elder family members will face many problems.
You shouldn't even ask such a question if you already know that Bitcoin is banned in your country and you and your family could get in trouble if authorities come to know that you trade or use Bitcoins. Everyone know that children are pure hearted and don't understand these things, so it will be a foolish thing to educate them about it as the word will surely spread faster that way since they are innocent and won't hesitate talking about it outside.

Better migrate to a country (if feasible) where you will have better life, freedom and privacy then you could think about adapting bitcoin by your entire family.
