OP, you have done something great for the adoption of bitcoin by sacrificing your resources, time and effort to see that bitcoin awareness spreads in your locality. The stickers are good and believe me so many people will want to know more about bitcoin from the look of your sticker. Although,we are all different from each other on how we get information, you should also see if you can use through your stickers to organize a seminar where to you can also talk to them in person on the basic concept of bitcoin. This will help to motivate them a lot, because some people are too lazy to read. As for me,I get easily convinced orally than when I am reading your TeX.
Keep it up.

I must really commends you on your efforts to bring down the  bitcoin language to everyone, not just to anyone but making sure to print out a handbill bt I can call it sticker to people around to be able to learn and know about bitcoin which I think is very helpful to people around and I know stickers travels very far away whereby people must see it.
OP's action is highly commendable. Investing money and time to come up with selfless service is an act to emulate. This action might look insignificant but one or more people might have become interested in bitcoin through the information. Bitcoin awareness is what will lead to increased adoption, therefore we need to appreciate anyone that is spreading the news about Bitcoin.

While paper-based advertising may not be taken seriously, there are alternative approaches to promoting Bitcoins. yes, we are all here expected to be adaptable and open to new methods that align with the preferences of your target audience. But, at least consider using digital platforms and social media to reach a wider audience. Creating awareness is a good thing.
Advertisement strategies depend on the location and the level of enlightenment of the target population. In advanced countries where the level of education is high, online or digital advert will be the best option. But the paper advert is still very potent in some countries like mine. Most businesses in my country use handbills and billboards to attract customers. But to get wider coverage most organization combines both online and offline advertisement strategy.

The plan that you do will indeed be very good for the progress of bitcoin. By distributing stickers containing a QR code, it will definitely add more attractiveness to everyone you give the sticker to. Even though you only have around 150 stickers now, I think that's a pretty good first step. After all, you are also the only one carrying out all the plans that you have, for costs or capital, you must only use your own money. So I consider all that you do yourself to promote bitcoin to the people around you, I consider it good enough. If you have finished sharing all the stickers you have with those around you, and the stickers total are 150 sheets. If out of 150 people you share stickers with, only 10 or 15 people are interested in bitcoin, I think that's enough to be proud of. And a little advice from me, if you share these stickers, prioritize targeting people aged 18-35 years. Because people who are that old, will respond more quickly to something digital like bitcoin, than people who are under or above it.

To be honest, I really appreciate your efforts to encourage the awareness of those closest to you to get to know Bitcoin better. Sharing stickers can help them identify Bitcoins, but somehow I think this method is less effective. The sticker is only an external introduction, they will never fully understand Bitcoin without holding a seminar.
Apart from the stickers that you give to the people around you, I think it will be even more effective if it is accompanied by a seminar. A face-to-face meeting by directly hearing an explanation from you will be more understandable than just reading through the stickers that you distribute or other media such as print and electronic media.

I know how hard it's using ones personal funds to spend more especially newbie in that case, this is mind blowing because I know is very rear for someone to cough out their heart earnings to promote something that they knew at last nothing will get to their hands.
Kudos to you mate.
I really love your efforts and willingness to accept advise and changes instantly after your previous post. I think the next you can do now is to try acquire some little you think you can afford to buy and hold while you keep spreading the good news to people around by sharing the stickers with them. And lastly, since we now active on social media like facebook, instagram and twitter you can create a post with your stickers people who are interested can get it scanned and start reading things about while those who hold the sticker might easily read and trash it away without sticking it on their door or vehicle.

You are doing well OP, it is not easy to spend money on this stickers all for the sake of creating awareness for bitcoin but as Pokapoka124 just said, it will be hard to pass the message using this method because people don't take such things seriously anymore, if I do this in my country they will throw stickers away and say it's probably a scam. I think the best method is creating this sticker as an invitation card to a bitcoin seminar. I am sure you will get possitve result because, believe me, those who will come already want to know more.

OP, if you already doing such a promotion, why haven't your own website with all things which you consider as important? maybe you can make some profit/earnings for further work from there.

I understand what OP is trying to do and I appreciate his efforts especially since he spent money to achieve this. But I don’t think people will take these stickers seriously as you hope they would. Those who read it will think there is a catch afterall nothing is free in this world. A better approach would be the use of social media to spread your message, you can engage more people in discussions and correct any misunderstandings they might have toward your message.

if you look a little deeper, you will recognize that what the OP is trying to do is an "offline" promotion of Bitcoin, which is generally a very rare occurrence. mostly everything ends up being promoted on social networks, and currently in the flood of various advertisements and offers, maybe "getting to know and learning about bitcoin" is not exactly the most attractive thing.
such initiatives can be interesting, but they are also quite territorially limited.

Isn't that a common thing on every smartphone that has a camera? All you need to do is open the browser and select the camera option (icon) and scan the QR code, which is practically the fastest search method compared to entering words or voice search.
I last I scan through QR code I downloaded the app separately, apart from Google lens Which allow users to scan and search using image. I will try using my mobile if it can work perfectly scanning QR code with the help of any external app.

I do not agree that it is wise to organize any seminars and lectures live, because that way everyone threatens their privacy and security.

It was just my suggestion, though, and I think it will be way more active if it is on my county side. But for the sake of privacy, like you reminded me, the OP should just continue with his means of promotion, which I believe are also effective and contributing to the awareness of Bitcoin in the OP's area and locality.

Don't be discouraged if no one takes you seriously despite your hardwork because paper-based advertising isn't seen as a legitimate form of advertising. Sincerely, I've gotten a lot of stickers from people asking me to join them for various events, but after accepting them, I throw them away as soon as they turn around. This is because nobody has the time to read them, and if you send me a sticker, I'll probably do the same.
Creating awareness is a nice thing, but I believe you should attempt a different approach.

Adding to what @Doan9269 has said. With the QR code scanner image that you insert there, I can tell you that 70 to 90 percent of the people who received your sticker don't have time to scan the QR code, and the majority also don't have the scanner. If you truly want to raise Bitcoin awareness and have proven to yourself that you understand a lot about bitcoin and blockchain in general, I recommend taking a risk and organizing a small seminar in your neighborhood, which I believe will have a larger turnout and most people will be enlightened from there rather than simply sharing stickers.

The OP is trying to find a way to make people around him aware that Bitcoin exists, and regardless of how it may seem to some, I think that's better than doing nothing. Besides, it's about his time and money, and who can say that nowadays he promotes someone and something at his own expense and without any compensation?

I'm not going to try to kill Op's spirit because I see that he's genuinely trying to what he can in promoting Bitcoin in his/her locality. And from what I see now I think Op has improved compare to the last set of sticker Op uploaded this is one is a bit better than what you did previously. and he even added a QR code that leads to a site where the can study more about Bitcoin that's thoughtful of you, Op.

But I must say this, Op, despite all the efforts that you have put into this sticker sharing of yours don't be surprised when you end up not being able to convince not even a single person to adopt Bitcoin because to me I don't really take advertisement that's done through paper serious sometimes I end up not even reading them, so you should also something like that from those you will encounter. But in all I wish you the best of luck.

If you are interested in opinions, then let me tell you that, for example, not all people will take the information on your stickers too seriously. Do you always click through ads when you see something like this?
I have a lot of respect for your volunteer efforts to spread the word about bitcoin, but putting myself in the place of the person who saw your stickers, I would have missed them.
The best example will always be live communication and an example of success. This is done by all those who have achieved something. Look at social networks and how information spreads there. Tell three people about what you have achieved, and these three will tell six more, and so on.
The dry distribution of stickers, at least in my country, from a lot of advertising, leads the recipient to the nearest bin to throw them away.

That is a unique way of promoting bitcoins to other people. I have seen many people implement bitcoin payments in their business or involve bitcoin in their business, but you have only focused on educating people about bitcoin.

I hope your efforts help people to learn more about bitcoin.

That's an excellent job you just did by creating these stickers which have an educative inscription about Bitcoin, because with this sticker now, anyone who comes across it will get to know that Bitcoin is indeed the future of money, and a means by which we can take control of our finance through it's decentralized system, whereby we all have the private key to our wallets. So I encourage you to spread this to as much people as you can.

Good work putting in honest effort to grow adoption of Bitcoin, which becomes more important as several governments are becoming more restrictive in how they let people use fiat currencies, makeng regulations stricter to try and boost economies.

The effectiveness of your approach is yet to be seen and depends on the location it is placed, the mindset of the people there as well as how clear the sticker information is.
The "Scan to learn more" text is a bit small and would be missed by some, also people are not used to scanning websites to access them and could feel they are being scammed in some way.
Don't be in a hurry to make any changes however, and if the endeavor is too expensive, you can feel free to pause or discontinue it. Anyone with access to a movie device would come across Bitcoin one way or another.

one of the means is for you to start first by organising a free class to learning bitcoin for beginners.
Thank you for your suggestion, but like I have said before, I am a shy person and do not think that I deal with talking to a number of persons about bitcoin, especially since it is a something that I do know know so much about yet.

I can commend on your effort to an extent but i will also have to tell you the fact behind what is expected, creating an awareness on bitcoin has gone beyond ordinary printing of stickers which you may give some people and they won't read it after the collection,
Stickers are not given to people; I think you are mistaking stickers to be Handbills and flyers that are shared hand to hand. Stickers are placed on strategic positions for people to see.

a sticker is not a bad idea but does it contains all the information required to tells someone about bitcoin,
There is a quote that talks about bitcoin, something to raise someones interest about what bitcoins are, and there is a QR code that links to a website with good information about bitcoins.

we also only sees your printed materials but no actions were in display on how you engage on the delivery of them,
I just received the stickers and was happy to share with the members here, I will also do a follow up with picture evidence when I start sticking them to strategic places that will meet people's eyes.

you need yo make a follow-up on every new interested candidate on bitcoin and stickers alone can't convince them to adopt bitcoin,
A follow up on every new interested candidate really?

I think this topic should have just been merged with your previous topic because it's just an update concerning the progress and the new steps that you have taken.
