I will not choose to invest more money on altcoins than on bitcoin, if you choose to trade Ethereum for another altcoins is your choice but you could choose to hold on Ethereum and buy some bitcoin which was better choice in my opinion.

If I were you, I would not sell my ethereum right now because I am sure ethereum will increase so high. I don't want to sell ethereum to invest in any new project, which I don't know if that project will explode in the future. I prefer to store my ethereum in my wallet while I still waiting for the ethereum price to increase higher. I think you already have a good list, and you don't have to invest in Titan coins even though they promise that their project will give the best for people. There are many old coins that you can choose to invest in, and they have a good history before, and I am sure that the old coin will repeat history. But if you still want to invest in titan coin, then go ahead, that is your money, we could only suggest you, and the rest is up to you.

Firstly, your current portfolio are good except the EOS coin which i will advise you to sell and use the money to accumulate more bitcoins. With that been said, the concept of Titan coin is good but there are alot of company/project that offer the exact benefit and with my experience only the 2-3 projects that first offer such service are usually thrive.
Investing in Titan coin is not a good idea, sell EOS to buy more bitcoin because EOS is a centralized coin and can be manipulated anytime.

Well, I am thinking about investing in Titan coin. Yeah, I researched on this coin a lot and now the project is delivering the apps, exchanges, offers as they promised earlier.

My current portfolio includes

6K$ = BNB
4K$ = EOS
10K$ = ETH
5K$ = BTC

Total: $25k

Now, I would like to include the titan coin in my portfolio: $5K

6k$ = BNB
4k$ = EOS
5k$ = TTN
5k$ = ETH
5K$ = BTC

My strategy is to sell 50% eth coins and invest in TTN Coin. What’s your suggestions experts?
I would like to know your honest review and suggestion on my decision.

PS:-

Thank you everyone for your wonderful replies. Most of the suggestions shared here recommend that I stay invested in my current folio. But, I prefer to change my portfolio on a regular basis, and this time I am considering to add an altcoin.

Now, to answer your question as to why I am considering the Titan coin, here are the 4 key points that I like about this coin (project).

- The use cases are real, which, to be honest, are still missing from most of the new cryptocurrencies out there. The team is launching (some already launched) a number of apps that will provide actual cases for the use of titan coin as a payment currency. Moreover, they are also partnering with merchants worldwide to integrate titan coin as a global payment method (as I got to know after discussing with the owner himself). So, I think the scope is good.

Launch of Titan Family Security App
Titan Sales Reporting App Launch
Swapping of Titan Coins
Titan Payment Gateway completed
Titan Premier League: TPL
TTNEX
Legalisation of Crypto in Armenia and Nigeria Government
Titan Dating app
Forming partnerships with investors, organisations, merchants and businesses worldwide

- As for the coinmarketcap status of the coin not looking good at present, one must understand that the coin is still in the early stage (not more than a startup) and it takes time for any good project to show its true potential. I am just starting to believe in its potential.

- Another thing that intrigues me about titanprojects is that it is a self-funded project, where all the investments (as of yet) have been made by the owners and partners. Given that they have no external investments and yet they have managed to develop their own blockchain, apps, digital payment system, exchange and cryptocurrency in a very short period of time, I believe they are very serious about it all. And I think any investor would want to fund this project, now that the product is ready.

After a detailed conversation with the owner himself, I got to know about his interesting ideas of creating a global digital payment ecosystem powered by the Titan coin. In fact, I am now genuinely interested in becoming an investor. What about you?

Your current portfolio is very good and I do not think you should change it.

I would not recommend you to interfere with it but if you have already amde your mind then you should go ahead. I have heard about Titan coin, they had an IEO, not sure if it was successful.

Think twice before investing.

what is the reason you withdraw 50% of your ETH? Ethereum will have a big event soon, i.e. Ethereum 2.0 will be released this year, this can certainly be a great opportunity to sell when Ethereum can return to $300- $500
As stated in the title of OP. OP wants to sell 50% of ETH to invest in TTN (Titan coin), to be honest I can't understand why OP has such a thought, he wants to sell ETH to invest in a shitcoin in this market. That is not the right decision, in this market there are hundreds of altcoins better than TTN so it is better to look for other altcoins to invest. And I also agree with your comments. ETH in 2020 will certainly grow very strong because ETH 2.0 update is coming

Selling ethereum now is not a smart decision. This coin has now fallen in price and on the eve of improvements to Ethereum 2.0 this should not be done. Your set of coins is pretty good and, in my opinion, is not worth making any changes yet. However, if you are confident in Titan, then take a chance. However, not such a large amount. Investing 5,000 dollars in this altcoin is a lot.
If he can take the risk why not. But I do agree with you that selling ethereum is not a smart decision. Due to the upcoming development to ethereum, this should be saved and wait for it to go to the moon.
It would be better to decrease his holdings in his other investment, instead of decreasing only his ethereum.

The investment space is quite risky and one needs to be strategic to get the best out of the industry. Its a good investment choice to diversify your portfolio Inorder to reduce the risk and give more opportunity to benefit from more altcoin. We never can tell which altcoin would be the highest gainer for the period.

If you want to invest in Altcoin Titan you better consider again because that decision if I think less convincing, you better choose BNB and LTC because the coin is more potential, and the Titan coins are still doubtful, but It depends on your decision not to later blame others, and most importantly you do not forget to save a little investment in ethereum because it is very important.

Well, you already have a good portfolio in there, mate. I liked how you choose a few different coins to have.
I know that you've done you research on your Titan Coin, right? But are you sure you want to do that? I mean I'm not saying that you shoudln't invest on them but it's  just from the look of their daily volumes, they're struggling to have a good price due to the lack of volume, it seems. Yep, it's your call. Who knows, that coin could be a lottery ticket. Indeed, who knows, right?!

I don’t know anything about TTN, but why so much in BNB?

I would be heavier in Bitcoin and Ethereum and less in other altcoins.

in my opinion selling half ethereum to buy TTN is not the right decision. because I think TTN coins are not potential coins and have a low trading volume if the coins don't have trading volume then that will later be a useless shitcoin. better to use to buy bitcoin. so the amount of bitcoin you have will be $ 10k. trust me bitcoin can provide greater benefits than TTN coins.

I would suggest adding some good old coins to your protfolio. Like Litecoin, Ripple, Stellar, Dogecoin and maybe ZCash and Monero. This dinosaurs will barely die and more likely to get pumped when the bull run comes.
Ripple should be removed from that list consider about how bad it is in the development for its crypto and it doesn't even care about the use case of ripple coin. Doge must be erased also in this case consider about the hyper inflation and dump caused by infinite supply that always getting mined by miners.
Stellar is a little bit better than ripple but it's not good enough compared with another coin just like chainlink, BNB and many more. WE must think wisely before try to choose which is coin that is suitable to be our portfolios caused by in this case you will determine how big the risk that you will deal with it.

Don't sell your 50% Ethereum, after 2018 Ethereum couldn't touch half price of top pump when Bitcoin overcome 13k USD. Titan coin isn't very good coin to invest, you should sell it and hold your Ethereum until ETH POS. You can sell few Ethereum for some new altcoins but not in Titan coin.

Why don´t you lend more Ethers via decentralized finance offers? Lend some Etheres on DeFi and buy another altcoins if you think that now it is time to invest. You will have both Ethers and altcoins, but later when (if) crypto grows you pay back the loan  Cool

I also feel that it's better to keep investing in ethereum than to withdraw 50% and invest it in other coins, because in my opinion also that ethereum is better and has a greater chance than other coins. But, I think everyone has their respective strategies in investing, maybe according to him investing 50% of ethereum into other coins is an opportunity to be able to generate greater profits later.

You can only say that because we're not familiar with Titan coin. As OP said, he made his research on this coin and that results him to trust and have his hopes on by investing on this coin. Ethereum is indeed a great coin, but there are also some altcoins in the market that has a potential, for me, OP can go with this investment, since it is better to put his investment into different altcoins to have more opportunities of making a profit.

Why do you want withdraw your ethereum and invest with other coin, is worth by investing in ethereum because many investor keep stay with ethereum waiting for back again on higher price, always hae possibility for ethereum could back with higher price above $1000 after bitcoin looks higher price and give support way for ethereum have higher price.

Purpose of this whole thread seems to be Titan coin advertising. I mean come on. No one buys this. The Titan itself is a if all kinds of shady with shit exchanges.
Then there's obvious contrast to the legit projects is a huge red flag of advertisement, it's like saying "if you like these, you will love this one".

If he really was buying this, he wouldn't make this thread about it. I mean just think about it. People investing 50% of their portfolio don't ask for acceptance or confirmation from total strangers.
More likely a shiller.
And yeah, we don't actually give a damn care if he will invest the 50% of his portfolio to some token. Just invest the hell out of it.
All he just want to is to intrigue people what's this titan coin and why he's investing a lot. Then some will be hype and then buy it too. Just a plain marketing strategy.
