Your card is active and has a balance of $310,69 as your image shows. Our debit cards issued by our banking partner are sometimes rejected by ATM's. If we had your country and the ATM's you tried to withdraw cash from that would be beneficial. Our support will respond to you through email, but there should be no issues with your card. You should try it in a store to verify it works.

Hello,

i tried to withdraw money from my card yesterday from 4 atms but failed.

and this morning i tried to check my pin by phone, but i found that my card is cancelled.
