can anybody please explain me what is going on on bittrex.

sold out?

Yeah. There are very few, to not say almost non-existent, sellers up to 591 (really up to 646 when looking deeper).

Seeing is believing. LTEX exchange was never going to happen, what we saw was a photoshop exchange and I am having my doubts about Nocks when releases were meant to come out faster but has been no updates since the post made in August.

https://youtu.be/JBcHcAsLwmw

No photoshop mate, but my focus is indeed completely on Auroracoin atm, same exchange will come online there in due time. Maybe I'll pick up later on the Guldex version, but for now don't count on it...

Thanks for the update. Excuse my ignorance but what is the hold up? Regulations ?

I think one of the few things left was some testing.... why he put it on hold... just check back a few pages.

The other request was a direct US/NLG pairing but explained it's not possible at this time. I explained how they can buy bitcoin and then buy directly on bittrex.

I think you can get paysafecard in the US (did a check on New York)... going through paysafegulden would be the easiest then.

Is this exchange going to be cheaper then buying with EUR from litebit? I spend 500 EUR will I get more coins or is fee amount going to be about the same?

when releases were meant to come out faster

That was a comment of Buerra in general for Gulden. Because he is back on dutch soil now. And there were a lot of updates released past weeks. And Nocks has still to come with the announcements. So i have great trust in that.

Changing the financial landscapes one step at a time, but now with all our feet on Dutch soil. So if you thought we were going fast before... Wink

Think he is already right on that, with even Nocks announcements still to come soon Smiley

Loads of meetings, meet-ups and leads have come our way during this progression that we're working towards. Can't really say much else other then, hang in there, because we have some cool stuff in store for everyone. We're aiming to release these cool beans of joy in November and beyond. Stay knitty my friends. .

Any update on the Gulden exchange?

LTEX is concentrated on AUR now. He is better of as a teamplayer there, as he said. So his Gulden exchange is on hold now, i think. He made already preparations for it, so maybe in a later stadium? Don't know about that.

I will keep my coins long term as an investor, but that is all I'm going to be from now, a silent investor.

As an investor I hope you will do well!

Nocks developments for Gulden (and bitcoin) are going very well as it seems:

We noticed a few replies asking about Nocks and its developments. We're certainly still here, don't you worry about that. We're not as active on the forums that's true, we are however active in the concrete world. Loads of meetings, meet-ups and leads have come our way during this progression that we're working towards. Update:

I thought it's about time for the community to get a update on what is being done over the next week.

1. To start off with the last of the translations will be coming through this week of what we feel is the main languages that need to be catered for. The homepage will end up with around 16-18 different languages once completed.

2. New iOS wallet is almost completed and testing will begin later today. This is great news as there is some new features that will be introduced and also some bug fixes.

3. Android wallet QR scanner fix for new Gulden URIs, the fix is completed and just waiting for verification from a couple of community members before we upload to the play store.

4. We have been looking at feedback from the community to address changes people would like to see in the desktop
wallets, please feel free to add your input to the following location.

https://community.gulden.com/t/features-you-would-like-to-see-in-the-wallet-s/1323/15

I would just like to make a special mention to Rene who has been chatting to me on slack, he helped greatly with organising around 5 translations. Thanks Rene!

For those that haven't and want to get quick feedback from the community and development team come sign up on slack at: https://gulden.com/join and access will be given shortly after.

Managed to get 2 new people into Gulden. I have asked them to give feedback on what they find difficult to understand and I will PM the devs with some recommendations later this week.

The current price of Gulden is like Digibyte was in the 20s a few weeks ago. Absolute giveaway. Picked up another +100 000 coins which I shared with my 2 friends. Spread the word about Gulden to people close to you and help them understand. People fear what they do not understand.

Congratz your friends with their first shares, indeed an absolute giveaway.
Hope they will deliver good feedback to improve future bussiness.

Great work as always @Bluestreet

I 2nd what Jero said.

@Bluestreet feel free to post there findings in public, it would be good to see if others agree with the feedback they give.

Indonesian announcement page has also been created.

The main complaint was finding their gulden address to receive funds as it's hidden in a file menu. This needs to be more visible like in the 1.4 wallets. Once I showed them it was smooth sailing besides the other obvious general crypto questions you get.

This! I've never mentioned it, but this is one of the things that bothers me the most. Its surprisingly hard to find the main Public Address, it should be visible on the Receive tab above all the text boxes.
One other thing, the Backup button should blink after lets say, a few weeks without doing any type of backup. It would be a nice reminder do it more frequently.

The big positive is the backup tab, both of them backed up the wallet without me having to ask. This was a great change to the wallet. The one question I got was how often must they backup?
