I know where you coming from and I am very skeptical after the coinmarket.io scam + scam coins that die out after the first few pumps.
I just find it refreshing that a country coin with a 10% premine is actually giving up there identities. It shows they serious at least, lets hope they give up the premine wallet accounts and sort out any issues with there distribution.
