Hey Guys and Gals,
Just a suggestion, can we try spread the hashrate across more pools like hardcoreminers as hash fever has a bit too much atm.
I know freedom of choice and all that but there are other great pools to use, also make suggestions to pool owners if there is a reason why you not using there particular pool.
As a support member of NLG I would like to say that the team has no negativity towards EFL, in fact we are happy that we both have the opportunity to make crypto currencies mainstream in the Netherlands. With guldencoin we will work towards making a good product that can easily be used in daily life and will focus on that. We see competition as a good thing.

omg EFL just won't work as a currency where NLG has a chance with it's high supply and liquidity, people won't mind parting with coins for goods as they can easily get more, this won't be the case with EFL with mainstream adoption.

Some people redeemed thousands of Guldencoins using proxies and IBAN generators, so much for "fair distribution".
Many of them are dumping their redeemed coins on Bittrex so Guldencoin is dropping like a brick.

It was clear to me EFL was setup as a scam but I think they changed their minds after all the press they were getting but like you mentioned it was such a copy cat of all the other country coins they didn't take into consideration the population of the Netherlands compared to Iceland.
NLG will need to shutdown their system and sort it out if there is people abusing it, NLG looks like a honest bunch who have not get the right checks in place. They have clearly worked out the right amount of coins needed and still 90% of NLG can function for investment for miners, investors, merchants, businesses and consumers alike.
EFL just won't work as a currency where NLG has a chance with it's high supply and liquidity, people won't mind parting with coins for goods as they can easily get more, this won't be the case with EFL with mainstream adoption.
