Just bought some property in the 6-figure range specifically from pure Bitcoin profits, but had to make an excursion through fiat-land. (We don't need no steeenking Lamborghinis.) Now I get to pay property tax on it for the rest of my life. Yipee!
I haven't actually purchased anything with bitcoin yet, but I have some stuff for sale for bitcoin. If I were to purchase something with bitcoin, I'd try to purchase from someone who will keep the bitcoins in the community...
