Study the past, if you would divine the future.
Although hoarding bitcoins and not spending them might make you more money, if people don't start using them to buy things the value is not going anywhere and bitcoin will just become an inflated stock taken over by an alt-coin that embraces spending.

You should actually do a website for that and a dedicated facebook page.  Then get the links on here and other such sites.
I have a close friend who repairs vintage radios and he makes a mint there are so many collectors out there.

Just bought another (25gh) miner. With a combination of bitcoins and my fees for fixing things (also collected in bitcoins)

I've been thinking: I repair watches (1860-1930 pocket watches especially) and a cleaning is normally $150 (where I take it apart and everything). Jewelers charge $500+ and send the thing out to a chop shop. So I will do this for bitcoin; where is a good place to advertise this (say .15btc for a cleaning and service)?

I fix broken miners. And make holes in teeth :-)

Raspberry Pi!

Why would anyone buy a ras-pi when they could bet a beaglebone black?  Oh well.  To answer my own question, maybe noone selling beaglebone blacks takes BTC?  Yet.

I saw in a little forum, the idea that the Bitcoin client should be changed so that people could attach specific property to specific bitcoins. I think that the idea was to make the bitcoins redeemable in only that property or kind of property. Something like this might start to drag Bitcoin into being used as real, spendable money.

Anyone know if Bitbrew is still in operation? I tried buying some coffee but never got any confirmation. I hope I didn't just waste some coins...

I spent some bitcoin and boy do I regret it. Let other people spend, it looks like 2014 will see $300-$400 million in actual sales transaction via bitcoin now that the whole porn industry, Zynga, etc., are on it. I'll sit tight and watch bitcoin hit $40,000 on the back of other people's spending and liquidity proofing thank you very much.

always buy back what you spent
