Nowadays, people tend to use mobile devices for most of their daily activities, from trading to gambling and web surfing too but I think there are always demands on web-based products for them. If the web-based version does not cost too much bandwith and resources to operate and handle technical issues, I think the Natural8.com team should bring it back.

I understand that some of you would prefer to play on web based version of our client, the feature was taken off just recently due to under-usage, most of our existing player prefers to play it on their mobile or laptop/desktop. I have suggested to my team about bringing back our web version, hopefully they will consider it.

I find it inconvenient to download something to my computer to play any game. Even when downloading the world's most popular games on my laptop, I feel uneasy. Can't we use the website to play poker at this casino? Do we have to download the desktop application first?
the guy might be a pc user or a laptop user and he does not like anything on mobile/application form but if he is a pc/lappy user why he says that he isnt comfortable when downloding ?
idk is he is lazy or he have a bad internet connection . im not lazy but i do have slow internet which make me turned off to download anything that is heavier on my laptop but its not a problem to me if a casino have an app version , infact app or mobile versions are more convenient nowadays .

actually, this is one of the casino sites that i have seen are generous with their rewards. so with this kind of promotion, i assumed they are earning huge income here. also to add, they are actually one of the few sites that i have seen has huge number of online users at any time.

since you are already earning good income as seen from the number of your online users, why not run sig campaign in this forum? maybe time to explore your opportunities here?

I'm not sure this is happened to someone else than me or not but currently i'm unable to access the site and seems my internet provider blocked the site because i think there is nothing wrong with my internet corrections because i can access other casinos instead of this site
I have different Simcard and try to visit the site, one of my sim card provider called "Telkomsel" blocked the site with "Internet Baik (Good Internet)". My other Simcard called three (3) can access the site without a problem. I believe some ISP Provider blocked the site because gambling activity, try using a VPN to access the site. But i would not recommend play and gambling using a VPN if other players use the same IP & VPN with your VPN IP your account can be blocked because the site will mark your account as "Multiple Account" based TOS from the site we cant register with multiple accounts.

You should visit the TOS website, their TOS was not really long to read it was really easy to understand and you don't need to take a long time to get important information since they make a TOS with some point list. Also at the bottom of the TOS can be an F.A.Q information for me.

Why should it be taken off if there is only a lack of players? Can't browser players play with mobile players? I think the lack of players is not a reason to taken off your web version. I hope that both the web and mobile versions of the player can be combined in one server so that it is better.
And for languages, I think you can track and analyze the location of your players, so you can choose several countries with the majority of players to be given their local language options. Please hire a transalator to translate it.

I think he understands Indonesia a bit since Malaysia and Indonesia language it's not really different, however the translation not effect at footer and header. I will try the apps this week, will give my short review using the apps.
