I was able to bet on these games, won the Raptors game while losing on the Bucks game. Didn't expect that Celtics will make it a very close game, they almost upset the home team but good thing the game went over, in the OT, it was still the Celtics who had an early lead, but the Bucks did come back to complete a win.
About the Raptors game, on paper, the Magic looks great because they have won their past games, but the actual, Raptors took control of the game in the 2nd half, won, and cover the spread too.
Well, that was a breathtaking game and you cannot honestly watch that kind of game every day where most of the bench players from the Celtics are playing but still almost defeated the home team which got their superstars playing with them. Giannis and Holiday need to step-up their game further because that game was almost close.
Holiday played very well in that game, he scored 40 points, it was probably his biggest output this season.
Maybe they are not so dominant because they miss the service of Middleton who I think was injured, or resting.

If there's a team that I would love to win, it should be the Pacers since they are in a losing streak and have only won 1 of their last 10 games.
Most probably, Khris Middleton was just resting because he wasn't on the injury list if I'm not mistaken. But if ever he did play on that game, I'm quite certain that the handicap will be covered and for Jrue Holiday, yes, it is his season high where he tied his career high that was made last season against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Now, the Milwaukee Bucks is on a hot 11 win streak and their next game will be against the Chicago Bulls. We will see if they can able to defeat the home team at the United Center.

That was a hard decision to bet on the Raptors, their last game, they only won 1 point against the Piston, and then they played the Magic who are a better team than the Pistons, so the expectation is really on the Magic to at least cover the handicap. Same here, I thought that -7.5 is going to be covered by the Bucks because of Celtics missing their best players. And I thought that the winning streak is going to be end tonight.
The Bucks started very strong in the fourth, from down 95-90, then tie the score and even take the lead. But Celtics keeps fighting back and when you thought that the game is already done with the Bucks leading 3, Sam Hauser nail that three in the middle, forcing OT. Not a good night for some of us.
Many got baited with the fact that the Celtics are playing with the Bucks without their core players like Brown, Tatum, and Smart including me. I also thought that -7.5 will be easily covered by the Bucks, but I was wrong. The good thing though that I made with that game is that I put my bet on the Bucks in winning the game when they are still down and luckily, I won on that bet so my loss with my spread just came back because of that win.The Bucks started very strong in the fourth, from down 95-90, then tie the score and even take the lead. Overall, I'm very impressed with how the Celtics are playing right now. Take note that they are up against a complete and top team in Bucks and they lost by only 6 points, and it also went to overtime. Derrick White's impressive performance has been taken out by Jrue Holiday's 40 points, and that three that he made at the final seconds of the game sealed the deal and got the victory.

Booker is back to being explosive all of a sudden, I thought he is still taking his time finding his rhythm back and I didn't expect it to be as soon as now.
He made 32 points 13/20 FG, that's above freaking 50 percent which is high and he didn't try any three-pointers. Looks like he knew he need to find his shooting range first and it was one hell of a successful trial.
Milwaukee Bucks on the other hand won the game but I lack two more points to cover the spread. As I said, I don't want to underestimate the Celtics and only took the lowest spread there is, which is -7.5. Perhaps, the safest could've been the +10.5 for the Celtics.

The great thing about the Nuggets was even though they have Nikola Jokic they are not much relying on them they certainly got players that are very well good at anything and the because of that they have a great spread on their scores, and another thing Jokic is consistent in making double-double or triple-double plays that is why he can surely knock their opponents into a great lead,

Thought the Heat could defend their home, but I guess the Nuggets are still very dangerous even without Murray. It is a good game though.
Murray isn't the main person on the team anymore, but it's Jokic.Add also the fact that their depth is so far one of the best in the league this season, an absence of an all-star player can't be felt that much because they still have role players like Gordon that can step up if needed.

Unfortunately, Miami Heat was defeated by the Denver Nuggets by a 4 point margin. It was a close game though, both teams are chasing each other in every quarter but the Heat didn't manage to get the last quarter.
And I lose my bet here. I was thinking that Miami had the advantage since they are at home and Murray did not play, but it was really the teamwork of the Nuggets that made them the better team here. I'm done with Miami Heat, they are so inconsistent.A familiar game setup with Denver. They manage to play together and snatch this game against the Heat. Not really good for
the home team as they are good in the first quarter but unable to hold the lead for long.
after Denver close the game end of a 2nd quarter, the game was close but like what you said, Denver is good with how they
execute their plays.
What do you guys think about the whole Chicago Bull situation. Were they stupid to stand pat and not make any trades? Do you think that they should literally consider trading Lavine? At this point he's the only mid to long term option that's set in stone, so for me I think it would have made sense to deal DeRozan and Vuc perhaps. Who the hell knows when Ball will be back, if ever. Frustrating season for my club.
Was waiting for their big move too but nothing. We have heard a lot of rumors about their two star shooters wanting a trade and yet it didn't become fruitful, I guess nobody really pushed it to move forward. The Bulls management might want to just let it go on where it is this season, if they are going to lose, so be it. The inconsistency is not tolerable anymore and I don't feel like it's working out for them, no chemistry at all. Next year though, it might be different.

Hornets 144 - Hawks 138 - high scoring game but Hawks without Collins is a big hole.
Knicks 124 - Nets 106 - Brunson was mad, I think he had 34 at the end of 3rd quarter. Ended at 40, I thought he is going to break his career high.
Heat 108 - Nuggets 112 - Somehow this game gave me a win.
