Anyhow, no regrets, and I do agree that Klay looks great in this game. He could very well have game the confidence and his rhythm is back. THT 40 points? but I don't think that he will still be a Laker next season though, I have a feeling that he will be traded as well.

I doubt he will be traded, unless the recipient of Westbrook or Davis will ask for him. But, considering the value of Westbrook and Davis, a trade should be one vs one or one Laker star in exchange of a bunch of players, like Westbrook being traded with a bunch of laker players.

THT finally received enough game time to show case his skills. Lakers should trade again Melo, Westbrook and Dwight then invest on young talent that can be useful to boost there bench score and at the same time to support Lebron and Davis. I’m actually already doubtful to Davis because he is always injured most of the time after there first Championship. Lakers should change the management and stop Lebron on dictating the decision for the Lakers. He is not at prime anymore so he needs a lot of reinforcement right now compared before.

I agree with that, having a bunch of old players in a team will not help the Lakers achieve a championship. if only they move and play like Lebron, then for sure they will win another championship, but look, for one season, they are just a big messed, probably the biggest failure in the history of NBA.

Don't worry about that, we will see a new Lakers team next season because it was rumored that coach Vogel will also be fired, maybe it has already happened inside and is just waiting for a formality.

Enough with the LA Lakers. I think we should talk about the upcoming playoffs.
Does anyone here bet on the NBA futures already? like NBA champion, ECF or WCF champion?

Who caught the Warriors' bet? The Lakers did well in the first half but that's it, the 2nd half was all Golden State especially Klay who looks ready to rumble for the playoffs.  Cheesy His last 2 games were both 30+ pointers, I think he is getting the rhythm back.

I was thinking of betting on the Warriors after seeing the news that Lebron, AD, and Westbrook is out, but I lack time to deposit my coins to the betting site I'm using, d*mn, I missed that opportunity, should be an easy one. BTW, tomorrow Lakers will play again, they are -8 against OKC, I think I'll go on the other side.

Actually there are a lot of games that I totally missed today not just the Warriors vs Lakers game. And I would easily bet on the Warriors -12.5 and up as handicap.

I'm taking the points on the Grizzlies +4.5 this team continues to impress me while the Nuggets are somewhat pressured to win I still think they can lose straight up against the Grizzlies. Even if the Grizzlies have nothing to play for they still continue their winning ways and I think it'll continue since the Nuggets have been struggling at home. I just think there's way too much value on the Grizzlies as bookies tend to give a lot of credit to teams that have some stake on the line.
Sorry for that loss, it looks like Denver are really serious on winning the game and they beat Memphis by domination. Jokic with another big performance, double-double again and leads the team to this good win, hopefully, they will carry the momentum in the playoffs.

Nuggets is just making sure to win all there remaining just to avoid on an awkward spot on play-in. Nuggets and Timverwolves standings is so close which is very crucial right now because no one wants a do or die match before the playoffs start. Consider Nuggets as the most serious team right now to win due to there spot. I will go for + handicap with them whoever they opponent is on there remaining game.

Of course, it's not good if they'll be in the play-in as there's always a risk that they will lose, unlike in the playoffs where it's a best of 7 games. I think after that win they already clinched the playoffs. I hope Jokic will remain healthy, he is very important in the game, and I hope he'll have more patience in the game.

Twolves didn't cover. Ouch! They were at a big lead until half of the 4th quarter but the Spurs tried to make a run hoping they could steal a win before the time expires. KAT is too much to deal with shooting inside and outside shots.
1/2 Nuggets covered.

Today's Pick results and pretty much I felt OK with the result and the Bucks and Celtics game was really a close one,

Milwaukee Bucks VS Boston Celtics SCORE 127-121 - LOST

This was a close 1 but I have the wrong perspective that Giannis Antetokounmpo would not play the game and he would take a rest, but he surely did, but the game was smooth and there is no pressure for the Milwaukee because they are in the lead from start to finish. Jaylen Brown had a great performance and had a triple-double for this game, with 10 Rebounds, 11 Assists, and 22 Points. Daniel Theis had 22 Pts. Marcus Smarts had 29 points, but it was not enough against Khris Middleton's 22 Pts, Jrue Holiday's 29 Pts., and Giannis Antetokounmpo's double-double of 11 Reb. and 29 Pts, and gaining a win against the Celtics.

Minnesota Timberwolves VS San Antonio Spurs SCORE 127-121 - WIN
The Spurs were at a lead in the 1st quarter, but the Timberwolves swore their score in the 2nd half and won the game. Jakob Poeltl had a double-double performance, with 17 Rebounds and 15 Points. but it wasn't enough with Karl-Anthony Towns own double-double of 13 Rebounds and 21 Points while Anthony Edwards had 49 Points getting the Timberwolves a win over Spurs.

Golden State Warriors VS Los Angeles Lakers SCORE 128-112 - WIN

Just like I have said Lebron James will be preparing for other teams and have sit the Golden State Game even Russell Westbrook, and Anthony Davis was not on the game, Dwight Howard have double-double of 12 rebounds and 16 points while Malik Monk has 24 points and Talen Horton-Tucker has a whooping 40 points leading the Lakers but it was not enough, for Warriors Jordan Poole's double-double performance of 11 Assist and 19 Points and Klay Thompson's 33 points leading the Warriors in winning the game.

You’ve got to love the Golden State Warriors covering a 14.5 point spread over the Los Angeles Lakers. One of the easiest bets of the season and they managed to do it while letting Stephen Curry have the night off. I’m glad because I was advising people to make that bet so it’s good to not have egg on my face. Hope nobody got caught on the wrong side of that one. I guess LeBron and co are going to leave their young guys hanging to end the season. Seems fitting given their play this year.

Nuggets could play the Mavericks if they will land in number 5, or the Warriors if they will remain in the same standing. They know what they are doing, just trust them, as long as they are in the playoffs, they have a chance in the ring, and Speaking of the ring, if ever they'll win, Jokic will certainly win the Finals MVP, and he is also the current favorite on winning the regular season MVP.

I agree with you about being MVP, my favorite MVP candidate this year is Jokic. He performed very well this year and became the star player of the team. We know that there are games that break records. If he doesn't get the MVP award at a time like this, he'll never get it, but I think he will.
The Nuggets could be one of the favorite teams in the playoffs. I wonder who your opponents will be Smiley

When we thought thought that Joel Embiid is lock-in for the MVP, Jokic play high level basketball and who knows, he might sway the media to vote for him again.

And yes, they have to win as many games as they can in their last remaining games. They will have this winning mentality entering the playoffs regardless of who they are going to face in the first round.

I've got a couple of bets for the night my, Bucks vs Celtics Over 227.5 @ 1.83 was my main bet (looking really good already midway into the 4th Quarter, but I've also got a couple of betbuilder parlays too, latest one being on the Nuggets vs Memphis Grizzlies match up, after confriming the line up this is what I could come up with.

Whatever picks you're making for tonight, I'd make them a multi-bet and add the Golden State Warriors to win over the Los Angeles Lakers tonight.  The Lakers are without Anthony Davis, LeBron James, & Russell Westbrook.  Although with how they've played this season, maybe that might be better for their chances...  Seriously though, I don't see them winning this game tonight so if you're placing bets, consider adding this game and while it may not have fantastic odds I think it will end up being a nice little bonus.  I'm not sure I'd add them in with the point spread, but depending on what it's at when you make the bet, maybe.

The Odds for Warriors ML is currently @ 1.09, that's an additional 9% bonus on any bet, seems fair looking at the chances, yeah, but I'd say we've seen stranger this happen.

^^ Brooklyn made a huge comeback now, KD and Irving bringing the game alive in the last 2 quarters and now they have taken the lead in the last 3 minutes of the 4th.

This is going to be close, but I think the Nets will win this game, and hopefully they can cover the initial spread of -6.5.

Yeah! They did cover the spread!

That was some great basketball by the Nets after the halftime break, both Kyrie and KD played for the entire second half, that shows how much effort they make and how great a force both of them can be, I'm really glad they were eventually able to cover.

Yup, when we thought that our bets are not going to make it, the Nets make a huge comeback in the 4th quarter and it just shows how bad the Knicks though this season. They seems to be a very different team even before the All-Star break.

So congrats to everyone who bet on the Nets covering the -6.5 and higher handicap.

Not a good idea to back the Celtics without Tatum. I don't even think they will cover the spread as long as Giannis will play, I think this will be a blowout win by the Bucks that's why the spread is very high.

Well, you got your own opinion but we never know the outcome.
I'm thinking, maybe this Celtics team will be the same as the Memphis that still winning games even without their main star.

My pick for tonight.

Milwaukee Bucks(-5,5) vs Boston Celtics

~snip~
@MK-74, while not take the -8.5 for a better odds, I don't even see a -5.5 in my bookie, the lowest is only -6.5 with 1.64 odds.
