^They want to start the regular season with a bang!
2 days rest from now and we are going to witness the real game. Who will the Lakers put more minutes for? Will Kyrie ever take the vaccine before even the regular season start? Will the Bucks be as intense as last year? When Klay?

I am excited to see how much handicap will be given to other teams whenever they face this 4 hyped teams of the NBA. I'd be willing to take some risks as long as there is a thin possibility of a win and if the price is right.  Grin

I'm super excited for the start oc the regular season. It's about time I start enjoying some NBA actions. Well, for Bucks, we shouldn't be expecting anything much from them after the epic season they had and I think what happened to Lakers after winning the title, they'd just relax and get kicked off by another team that is serious. Last season, I was cheering for Bucks, Got this season, I want to see how the teams will fare in the first couple of games.

Different from my own view. I'm not ruling out Milwaukee Bucks as one of the best contenders this upcoming season. Giannis is currently playing at his peak. He just needs some consistency from his teammates to make a good run.

About the Lakers, they got hit with major injuries last season. They don't relax and obviously, they won't do it. Some part of their roster also didn't seem to step up when the times they are needed.

They made some major changes this season, so I hope it's for the betterment of the team.

They got Westbrook, DJ, Melo, and Howard, I guess these guys are the key to their success and I have reason to believe that they will not waste this opportunity to win a championship, especially for the 3 players I have mentioned that has not won a championship yet.

The Lakers did not relax actually, they were still playing the same intensity but it was the injury of Davis which was the main reason why they were out in the playoffs early. Actually, they have a good start in the first round by stealing one game on the road and winning game 3, they were ahead in the series and fans were expecting the series will end early due to what the Lakers showed in that win, but when Davis was injured, things changes very fast and they began to struggle.

The big 3 will certainly play more minutes, it's not a problem with Lebron and Westbrook, maybe Davis will not play longer minutes than the two.

Will Kyrie ever take the vaccine before even the regular season start?
That's a question, if he takes the vaccine like tomorrow, will he be able to play right away?
Did he attend the practice already?

Will the Bucks be as intense as last year?
The bucks always are playing intence, they were just lucky last year due to injuries of their opponents.

When Klay?

Report says he will be back by December this year.

Quote
I would look somewhere in the December-January range for his return

Milwaukee Bucks VS Brooklyn Nets

Here it is the opening games for this regular season, I think this team is a great start to open the regular season, and right now injury report, Brooklyn Nets Kyrie Irving might be out and can not play until Nov. 1 said on the reports, While on the Milwaukee Bucks Donte DiVincenzo was expected to return on Nov. 1 as well, and Khris Middleton, Semi Ojeleye, Boddy Portis, and Rodney Hood all healing from injury but can play with a given time on the court, so they can play but with a limited time given, for the record, I think Brooklyn Nets can handle themselves without Kyrie Irving but with the Champion Milwaukee Bucks and Giannis Antetokounmpo maybe it will be a difficult match for the Nets, But Middleton will be having a hard time and a given time to play right now the odds on stake.com as off now is 1.92 for the Bucks and 1.93 for the Nets, a close odds but it may change the moment the game comes near, my take will be for the Brooklyn Nets, with the given data maybe they can stop Giannis Antetokounmpo from scoring, but it will be a hard time for the Nets, because they will play on the Bucks turf.

LA Lakers VS Golden State Warriors

Lakers have 2 injured and can not play players and that is Trevor Ariza, that may return on Dec. 15, and Talen Horton-Tucker that may return this Nov. 8, While The Golden State Warriors Klay Thompson that may return on Dec. 25, and James Wiseman that may return on Nov. 3, Now with Rajon Rondo on the team another big star was added to the Lakers and this time this is not the Preseason, this is a serious game right now I think that the Golden State will be having a hard time without Klay Thompson and right now the Lakers are the favorite and Stake.com's odd is 1.58 for Lakers and 2.45 for the GSW, I like the Golden State Warriors so even with the disadvantage they have I will still pick the GSW, but I hope my analysis can help out people in the forum on who they might pick.

Hard to choose to bet on Moneyline so maybe I will do my unusual bet on this game. Milwaukee Bucks winning by 6-10 points @5.71.
Nets won with just 4 points and sorry about your bet. I just watched the game as I was unsure who is going to win. This two teams even last year had been in a close gap so it's difficult to decide. Looking at final stats, Nets score was distributed quite well and almost all players did their contribution.
Also, the Bucks didn't put Giannis, Jrue, and Khris. Preseason,.. you will never know when they will sit them down.
If that's what's gonna happen then I would not miss betting on the 1-5 range of points for Bucks and that is 6.11. Maybe taking both would bring some assurance that we will still win as long as the Bucks will not win by 11+ points. What do you think?

Odds provider gives Bucks and Nets a 50% probability to win. Kyrie Irving is 99% ruled out already.
Where is the 1%?  Grin He is 100% not going to play until he take that damn vaccine.

By the way, time to relax a bit while waiting for the regular season as the preseason is finally over.

The 2 games on the opening day of the regular season should be a good match to watch for.
BK vs Nets, a rematch of ECF, and hopefully Irving is available.

I would bet on the defending champion in the first game, it's their first game at home and the Nets are uncertain to have Irving playing with them, and even if Irving will play, I would still not change my decision because Bucks now is more confident since they have already won a championship. I think -1 at home is a pretty decent little spread to cover.

Good luck, that's an early pick.  Smiley

For me, I will just wait and see if I can find more reports about Irving's status in their first game, if he will play, then for me it's an automatic Nets, but let's see how the line will move before I will make a final judgment. I usually make my pick 24 hours before the actual game, or an hour before if I find it hard to cap a specific game.

If Irving will play in that game, I hope the odds for the Milwaukee Bucks will increase. That will be a good bet to try since even with the complete Nets, I'm sure Milwaukee Bucks can handle them.

For all superstars that played in pre-season, I noticed Giannis is only the one taking seriously the game. There are numerous times where his face is turning into fierce after every successful dunk that he was overwhelmed with defense.

Even for let's say, he's now willing to take a vaccine shot as we speak, a single day span is not enough for him to be cleared on their first game. It needs a rest. We can now conclude that Irving will not play. But still, can't be considered as a handicap or disadvantage for the Brooklyn Nets.

Irving most definitely wouldn't be available to play the game with Covid19 issue, he's not even practicing so it'd still take a few should he be allowed to play.

I'll like be backing the Bucks the as well, they've got all the needed confidence, I'd agree or might settle for Over if I'm uncertain.

I agree with Irving having the freedom not to get the vaccine, but what happens to Nets if he's going to cost them or is there some timeline for all these to go away ?

If you trust GSW that much and by looking at the past performance that they've shown during this pre-season
the chance to win for them is really high, not unless CJ and the rest of the Blazers will have an outstanding night.

Still anybody's ball game, we are still in preseason and coaches can easily change the tempo of the game,
they can bench stars and allow the opposing team to dominate.

Placing your bet using your instinct might work instead of having a hard time analyzing the game.

Analyzing even if it is a preseason is not bad right? and I really just want to analyze things before I bet, that is how I really do things, but yes I have my trust in the GSW to win this so analyzing isn't really necessary, but I still just do it,

Anyway, I really just enjoy the game and the little bit that I have been accumulating even if it is still in the preseason, and placing the bet with your instinct really works as well.

Steph and Green played and Steph is punishing the Blazers for soft defense.  Grin He is starting to heat up before the 1st half ended.
I am on the brink of betting for them until the odds keeps on moving and I don't want to risk it anymore. Without Dame playing for the Blazers in this preseason Trail Blazers will have a hard time especially against an aggressive GSW team. Double digit was cut down and now Warriors is on the lead.

Yup! they really have played I thought they would sit this out as well but in the status that they have that I provided it is on day-to-day and they can play switching with the days, last game Stephen Curry and Draymond Green didn't play against the Lakers but with the Trail Blazers they have played, so in the next game I think both players may have a tendency of not playing the game, well this is just my opinion,

Well, it is a great game actually both players are performing well, and without Damian Lilland the Portblazers will surely continue on having a hard time winning. and with their 4th losing streak this preseason.

In preseason games, you don't have to analyze it hard, just play the game like a coin flip as they are just playing for fun so have fun as well. As for me, I would just follow my instinct as bad teams can be good in the preseason, and teams that are losing might also bounce back and win.

TrailBlazers are +6.5 and 3.01 moneyline, I'm taking both.

Just not at the right time, Curry was hot in that game and he scored 41 points in a preseason game and the GSW beat the Blazers by 22 points.

Golden State Warriors VS Portland Trailblazer

I will note this game because I really think that 95%, the Golden State Warriors will win over Portland Trailblazer, now the GSW has 4 wins, and 3 loses for the Trailblazers, even though Stephen Curry and Draymond Green will sit this out again, I guess the Golden State Warriors will still win this, right now the odds on stake.com right now is 1.39 for the Golden State, and 2.75 for the Trail Blazers,

...

Thanks for the heads up, Even the +11 couldn't have saved the day for me.

It was a complete blowout win for Hawks, and understandably so. I'm just going to sit the rest out until the 19th October, I guess.

I hate taking double-digit spreads but when i saw Haslem in the starting lineup for Miami, i had to take it...this was the closest thing to free money.

All of Miami starters are back tonight, this should be their final dress rehearsal before the start of the season, so i've got them and GSW in a two-leg parlay.

Gl, everyone!
