I think the momentum will continue, if they were able to beat the Celtics twice, for sure they can give the Bucks a tough game.

Magic -13.
With 3 straight losses at home, they are not happy with that so they'll make sure they'll bounce back with a dominant win. I'm seeing 20+ win by the home team here.

Both lost. That was not fun watching my money taken away but that was fun watching 2 upsets in one day. The Hawks really played hard to win against the top seed and the Pelicans surely proved they are not to be underestimated even without BI.

Indiana Pacers - Los Angeles Lakers - Indiana Pacers (-3.5) - Another good game. The Lakers had been winning their games and are now on their 5th winning streak. That last game without Lebron showed how deep their bench talent could be. The Lakers won last time 150 - 145 so this is a revenge game for the Pacers.
Cleveland Cavaliers - Philadelphia 76ers - Cleveland Cavaliers (-10.5)
Brooklyn Nets - Chicago Bulls - Chicago Bulls (-1.5)

I thought the same but turned out the Hawks are not giving that win to the Celtics. The game went to overtime and there Murray broke their hearts with the dagger shot. I believe this is the first time this seasont the Celtics lose 2 straight, so regardless of their opponents, I think I'm ready to gamble for them whatever the spread is.

Next sched will be against the Pelicans, Celtics here for sure.

Indiana Pacers VS Los Angeles Lakers

The game will commence at Gainbridge Fieldhouse home for the Indiana Pacers, right now the odds are 1.66 for the Pacers and 2.28 for the Lakers, Isaiah Wong is questionable and Bennedict Mathurin are out for this season while Gabe Vincent, Jarred Vanderbilt, and Christian Wood can not play for the Lakers Anthony Davis and LeBron James are questionable if they can play for this game so for this game I think that the Los Angeles Lakers will have a hard time against the Pacers in this game as both Lerbon and Davis are out while they also got so many injuries are the same time so my pick will be the Indiana Pacers.

Denver Nuggets VS Minnesota Timberwolves

The game will commence at Ball Arena home of the Denver Nuggets, right now the odds are 1.38 for the Nuggets and 3.15 for the Timberwolves, right now Zeke Nnaji and Vlatko Cancar can not play because of certain injuries Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic both are questionable if they can play for this game, while Jaylen Clark and Karl-Anthony Towns can not play for the Timberwolves Anthony Edwards and Rudy Gobert both are questionable if they can play for this game, so for this game this can be a close game but because Jokic and Murray can still play there is a possibility that they can manage something in this game so my pick will be the Denver Nuggets.

Sacramento Kings VS Dallas Mavericks

The game will commence at Golden 1 Center home for the Sacramento Kings, right now the odds are 1.88 for the Kings and 1.97 for the Mavericks, Trey Lyles can not play for the Kings because of a knee injury Kevin Huerter is out for this season and Sasha Vezenkov is questionable if he is able to play While Josh Green can not play for the Mavericks, Luka Doncic, Maxi Kleber and Brandon Williams are all questionable if they can play for this game, and so for this game, I really don't trust if Luka is in a position where he is just playing limited time so my pick is the Sacramento Kings.

Since Ingram's injury, Zion has led the Pelicans in assists and potential assists. The Pels went small against OKC for the majority of the game, with Zion isos at the top of the key attempting to collapse the defense and kick to open shooters. I expect to see more of the same. He is averaging almost 7 assists per game /L3.

The Pelicans will be without their backup point guard Alvarado, which means stacked minutes for CJ, who by the way has led the team in FGA since Ingram's injury. He should crush that 20+ PA line with ease. The Bucks are routinely trash against opposing guards, they give up the second most points to opposition PGs this season.

T. Murphy III averages just over 7 rebounds per game /L3, while the Bucks give up the second most rebounds to opposing shooting guards. Murphy takes over a lot of Ingram's rebounding duty and has been crashing the glass.

2-1 last night not bad.  Big mitch back in for the Knicks!  I know I'm a fan but once OG comes back and julius this is not going to be a team wants to play a 7 game series against.

Celtics -16.5 away at the Hawks.  So many Hawks players out this shoukd be easy work for the celts.

The next game was tough but I got the Bucks here.  I know Pelicans have been surging and they are home but I like the Giannis matchup here.  Was kind of a toss up but laying down with basically a pickem.

Not much in the way of a mindblowing bet today.  Trying to build on yesterday's win with another W.  This bet is almost not even worth making though due to the odds being so low.  I think the chances are high that Golden State could lose also considering how their last game went.  That team has some internal issues to work though...

Good thing I didn't bet in this game, thinking that the Magic is going to have a easy win at their homecourt. And when I saw that Draymond is out because of 2 tech fouls, no way that the Warriors are going to put this kind of numbers. JK is also out but Wiggins play one of his best game here.

So it's going to be a fight between the Warriors and Rockets, and who blinks losses their position.

Warriors got a lot of energy in that game despite playing a back to back game. Looks like they are really serious in protecting their current standing to qualify in the play-in. Same goes with the Rockets, they won in the OT vs the les SGA OKC, and since both teams won, Rockets will continue to hang around waiting for the chance to be in the top 10.

My over for the Warriors match got cooked yesterday, it was on pace to hit the over until the game slowed down in the second half.

This might be one of the rare days where i'll be fading the Warriors, but only for the first half because the Magic are similar to the Celtics where they always get off to a hot start in the first half. Going for the full-game handicap is too risky since I still think the Warriors can cover if they bounce back in the third quarter.



Edit: Never mind what an atrocious first quarter from the Magic, I doubt they can cover this one within the next quarter.

Took a couple nights off and am diving into 3 games tonight:

Knicks -13.5. - maybe a Homer fan pick but knicks are playing great basketball and Toronto is just spiraling right now.  On the road but I still like the Knicks chances to cover here

Lakers -4.5.  On the road but they are making a push for a playoff spot and right now they need to climb the ranks to not get an away game in the playin.

Pacers -2.5. All away games today but I like the surging Pacers here.  They match up better than the bulls do here.

Trying to recover from yesterday's loss with a W today.  These games are all pretty lopsided.  I was tempted to throw an Indiana win in as well but thought that might be getting a little greedy.  Still, these are pretty good odds for 4 games that should all be easy wins for these teams.  I'm actually surprised the odds are so high on this one and feel like it's a pretty decent bet to make for today.

This like a rematch but this time at the homecourt of the Hornets. Still, it doesn't matter as I don't see the Hornets winning here or even covering the spread since they also struggle at home (9-24).


Rockets +6
Hottest team so far, they might even upset the OKC who played a back to back game, but I'll take the + points all day.


Warriors +5
If the Warriors will loss, hopefully they'll cover. I just like them because I know they'll play hard in a situation where every game is very important.

Lakers came back from a 19 points deficit to beat the Bucks in OT. Reaves once again upset another top team in the East when he is leading the team. This man is clutch, he can excel when Lebron is out, LOL.. Can the Lakers still win in the playoffs without Bron? I mean, this team moves the ball well because they trust each other, no much dribbling done, they are passing the ball and find an open man.

California teams went 2-2 but if you pick all 4 away teams you win 4 legged parlay. There were no home court wins tonight; all the away teams won. Bucks disappointed me once more B-ucks S-ucks. I noticed some lucky bettors got 14X odds on the Lakers because the Bucks dominated the first quarter. Congrats to them.

There is no lighting the Beam today for the Sacramento Kings because Doncic, Kyrie Irving and the Dallas Mavericks are in town... What a game that was, The Dallas Mavericks completely turned it around in the 3rd Quarter and currently hold about 30 points lead early in the fourth quarter... I really personally don't like betting on NBA games when there are only 4-5 games being played for the night because I believe my opinion get skewed and I'm forced to select one of 4 teams or lines that I might not have gone with If I have plethora of choices to pick from.

All the California teams I bet against in my parlay are going to end up winning tonight unless the Kings blow it to the Mavericks. An absolutely disgraceful betting performance on my part. I guess there’s only one way to go from here.

I avoided that match as we had a full slate yesterday with better matches to bet on.

Unfortunately, that's how the Celtics always roll, they always have a perfect start and then sometimes have a subpar second half. That's why the most recommended bets to take on most of their matches are usually the first-quarter or first-half handicap depending on your preference.

I don't dig these close matchups for today and will go for another total bet (over 215.5). The Miami Heat usually hits the under on their matches, but I think the Warriors will change that since their pace is significantly higher, and with these two needing the win, i'm expecting nonstop buckets.
