^ His return was not what I was expecting he surely changed the gameplay of the Memphis Grizzlies and in his return, I really thought that the New Orleans Pelicans could win they were on a much further lead until the 4th quarter and they took the lead that fast, from the New Orleans Pelicans, now here is the result of my bet and prediction for games today,

New Orleans Pelicans VS Memphis Grizzlies SCORE 113 - 115 - LOST

The New Orleans Pelicans had a sure ball lead in the 1st half but the Memphis Grizzlies just got to them and made it like it was nothing because in the 4th quarter, the lead of the New Orleans Pelicans was eventually depleted to nothing while I was surprised to the return of Ja Morant and he clearly says that the Memphis Grizzlies really needed him, but for sure I really wish he would not do the same thing he did last time, he is getting a new start for his career again and this win for the team I really wish it will not get into his head again, Desmond Bane got 21 points, Jaren Jackson Jr. got 24 points and Ja Morant the player for the day got 34 points,

Milwaukee Bucks VS San Antonio Spurs SCORE 132 - 119 - WIN

Not a surprise that the Milwaukee Bucks won this game clearly Giannis Antetokounmpo has turned himself into a playmaker by getting himself a triple-double of 14 rebounds 16 assists and 11 points and Giannis Antetokounmpo has adjusted for this game and because of that adjustment it turned out great it for the team as Brook Lopez got 14 points, Khris Middleton got 17 points, Bobby Portis has a double-double of 10 rebounds and 23 points, and lastly, Damian Lillard got a great point of 40,

Portland Trail Blazers VS Phoenix Suns SCORE 109 - 104 - LOST

Even though Kevin Durant made a great performance and got 40 points for this game they still lost this one, it was a really close game and the Portland Trail Blazers really did a great job in getting this a win for them and I really am thinking it is because of the Phoenix Suns defense they are not good and they also are not bad but for sure it is clearly lacking and can not defend the offense of the Trail Blazers because the Portland Trail Blazers have clearly clear the path in making their offense, Malcolm Brogdon got 14 points, Deandre Ayton has a double-double of 15 rebounds and 16 points, Jerami Grant got 22 points, and Anfernee Simons got 23 points, for this game,

I still don't get it why Memphis won that game because the game itself was insane just to watch and if you had a bet on it , this game was not for weak hearts.
You don't trust Morant? If you don't then you wouldn't believe they'll win.
Their Hero is back, he played great basketball (as usual) and just like a real superstar, they know how to carry their team on their backs to win, that's just what happened in that game.

it's also a statement for Morant spreading the message to the people that he is back.

However , game of the night was GSW winning against Celtics in OT that should return a bit of confidence back to them , especially now with 3 victories in a row.

Classic game for Curry. Although sometimes the Warriors struggle, but there's one of the days that Curry is showing his MVP status. Despite his struggle he was able to close the game for a win, he deserve the spotlight on that game.

0 of 3. Wow!
Ja Morant's return was awesome! He literally lifted his team up in the last half of the game. Damn, like what I said to the other thread, I really missed this dude and his playing style.
A hangtime buzzer beater with two opponents on his face. Now, the odds will probably change because of his performance. They will not be a heavy favorite but this will balance something.

Milwaukee Bucks didn't cover the spread that I input. I was at -14.5 which could've actually won but the garbage time messed it up. Giannis with 16 assists, that's new. Are they trying to experiment with something?

My Phoenix Suns bet also is a loser. The Portland Trail Blazers played great with their outside shots. 14/28. That's one heck of a 50 percent in 3 point line and it ain't easy. Today's games have lots of surprises. Even GSW won their game against the Celtics in overtime.

A lot of surprised results in this games. I was trapped by the Celtics vs Warriors. Although Warriors is good at home, but they are facing the best team in the league and I thought that the Celtics are are going to cover the -4.5 to -5.5 spread.

But Curry delivered and then they forced the overtime game. And we haven't seen Curry really feeling the game. Even CP3 was happy seeing Curry burying that 3 against White.

It was suppose to be an easy win by the Celtics since Curry was into foul trouble, but it didn't happen because Curry's teammates ae playing hard, especially CP3 who find an open Curry and that 3 point shot from Curry gave them a good lead. CP3 aren't shooting well, he only had 4 points from 12 attempts but his assist department is very impressive as he finished the game with 12 assists. That number really says something about its effect on the team, without that number the Warriors would fall to the Celtics easily.

Not is the Warriors vs Celtics a trap, even the Memphis vs Pelicans game or Portland vs the Suns. Although @ralle14 caught the Memphis bet, even myself thought that the Pels are going to win as the game is in their homecourt and they are riding on a momentum.

Morant was not a factor in the first half. But Maybe that's what he needed, just to get a feel of the game in the first 24 minutes. But after that it was different Morant and Memphis was able to make a comeback in the 3rd quarter and slowly cut the lead. And in the 4th, I thought it will go into OT, but Ja went into his one on one beast mode to win the game for them.

The Golden State Warriors game was another one which didn't disappoint with Curry shooting that impossible three with 10 second left and Boston having no answers to them after that. That game did take overtime to decide it and it just ended.

Curry was back.. I didn't see him do that sleeping time meme for awhile, he was feeling it that game. Curry was playing with 5 fouls and yet was able to retain it and able to fnish the game with a win. This time, still no Draymond Green but the rookie giving a good contribution that we can't see on his stats, I'm talking about Jackson-Davis.

Lots of misses on the part of celtics, I thought they'll win this game easily, but in this game, they were outrebounded, and thier 3 point shooting was vey poor, 29% only compared to the 40% of the Warriors.

Btw, Porzingis was absent, things could be different if he was there.

That Memphis Grizzlies match was insane!
At one point I thought they were going to lose it for sure since the Pelicans were on a 10-0 when I was watching it and Grizzlies hadn't scored in 5 minutes at one point. So I thought they were done and just gave up the game at that point. They were down 24 points. The record is 26 points for a comeback by any team this season.
But then Ja Morant turned on the fire and scored a total of 34 points in his first game back since the 25 game eight month suspension. That was a very impressive win against a team such as the Pelicans with Zion who was shutdown with only 13 points.

It looks like everyone is on the Pelicans and i'm the only one believing in the Grizzlies. Cheesy

I get that the Pelicans are a solid team, but the points are too good on the side of the Grizzlies when Ja Morant is back in the lineup. Seven points is a lot, and I guess it's a test run for the Grizzlies because it's still questionable if they would click right away. I still see the Pelicans winning this because they're not an easy team to beat, but i'm hoping for a close match, as the Grizzlies are getting a boost in firepower.

Edit: Insane second half from the Grizzlies just like the comeback from the Timberwolves yesterday.  Shocked

I think today you gotta go Bucks, Celtics and Suns for the wins over the Spurs, Warriors and Trail Blazers. I’m a bit hesitant to bet on Ja’s return in the Memphis Grizzlies vs New Orleans Pelicans. I’m tempted to bet the Pelicans but I’d keep that out of a parlay. Games are showing on TNT tonight, so it should be a fun one.

What are your thoughts on the Brooklyn vs Warriors tomorrow?

Warriors are back at home and will be hosting Brooklyn, as we all have witness the struggle of the Warriors, the question is, can we still trust them to win even at home. By the way, those who aren't updated, Draymond is suspended so Warriors are gonna be playing without Draymond in most of their games.

The handicap for the Brookly is +3.5, I'm thinking of betting on the moneyline.

Sorry, I didn't make any bet last time well maybe it is because the Golden State Warriors is not consistent in their winnings and they have some issues with some players having shooting slumps and some anger issue but I really wish at the end of the day that they will be fixed this, but here is my bet and prediction for games today and I haven't made any bets for the Golden State Warriors for today's game,

New Orleans Pelicans VS Memphis Grizzlies

The stake odds for this game are 1.34 for the Pelicans and 3.40 for the Grizzlies, for this game Zion Williamson and Naji Marshall are both questionable if they can play for the New Orleans Pelicans, and Matt Ryan and Larry Nance Jr. can not play for today's game, while Steven Adams is out for the season for the Grizzlies, Marcus Smart, Luke Kennard, Derrick Rose, and Brandon Clarke are all can not play for the Memphis Grizzlies, for this game even though the Pelicans didn't have Williamson for this game they can still manage a great performance for sure so my pick is the New Orleans Pelicans,

Milwaukee Bucks VS San Antonio Spurs

The stake odds for this game are 1.07 for the Bucks and 9.80 for the Spurs, for this game Malik Beasley and TyTy Washington Jr. are both questionable if they can play for the Bucks and Jae Crowder can not play in this game for the Milwaukee Bucks while Charles Bassey is out for the season and Victor Wembanyama can not play for the San Antonio Spurs, so far the San Antonio Spurs is not going anywhere with their kind of game, and now that Victor Wembanyama can not play for this game my pick is the Milwaukee Bucks,

Portland Trail Blazers VS Phoenix Suns

The stake odds for this game are 3.40 for the Trail Blazers and 1.34 for the Suns, for this game Shaedon Sharpe is questionable if he can play for the Trail Blazers and Robert Williams III is out for this season, while Grayson Allen is questionable if he can play for the Suns and Josh Okogie, Bradley Beal and Damion Lee can not play for the Phoenix Suns, for this game, the Portland Trail Blazers is not doing too good, so for this game, my pick is the Phoenix Suns,

Lakers once again screwed up my bet. I honestly don't know what to think about for this team, I mean sometimes they look good and sometimes they do not look good at all. I can't really see how they will be, it just makes me feel like they are doing something that is beyond my understanding.

I get that they may not be all that much of a big deal, and I get that they are not the top seed team, but they gotta know that they need to beat the Knicks, they have to be better than that. I managed to get 4 games right, and just one loss and it is all out the window so that always hurts anyway but when it's Lakers, it hurts even more because I want Lebron to have one more ring and every single day that looks like even more impossible.

Anyone get trap on the Philly's lost to the Bulls? I didn't expect that Joel will be absent on that game, and so it was a big upset and Philly's lost their winning streak as they mostly covered the double digit handicap they have in the last 3 games.
I did fall the trap but you are wrong with Joel being absent because he played in this game.

As you can see in the boxscore (https://www.espn.ph/nba/boxscore/_/gameId/401584979)
Embiid was the top scorer with 40 points, it's just that the Bulls have been playing very well recently, and thanks to Lavine being out.

Dallas also lost by a big margin against the Nuggets. I thought that the Mavs will fare good in this game, but it's the same game for them. It was only Luka and the support cast is not there to provide anything. Only Luka and Exum scored double digits for Dallas.

This one I was right, I knew that the line was a trap, Dallas after playing good basketball was given -8, that's too much, so most probably bettors were able to side the Dallas and probably some ends up betting on the moneyline.

I hate to say this, but Dallas are only good against a mediocre team, Luka can score a triple double but if his buddies cannot score at least 20 points, we know what to expect already.

Edit: @Russlenat - thanks, because when I try to watch the game for a brief moment, the announcer said that Joel Embiid is absent, and I thought that he didn't play. Now I realized that he did play but the announcer might have been just referring to that quarter around, (if I'm not mistaken, it was the second quarter). So I didn't continue to watch that game as I have misunderstood it and knows that my bet will take a L without Joel.

It was just the right amount of spread for the Golden State Warriors as they won by 4 points. Thankfully my greed didn't activate and I accepted the 1.69 odds. Cheesy
Great job, reducing the spread help it. Looks like you know what's gonna happen, Genius!
With a bit of luck. Cheesy

I literally forgot my bets yesterday. It was all set at Stake.com but I got so sleepy that I shut down my computer without knowing I didn't press the bet button. Well, I was lucky because most of my bets could've been lost.
The Philadelphia 76ers lost against the Chicago Bulls. Big upset.
Houston Rockets too against the Cavaliers, I could've bet for the Rockets there as they are a hot team.
Miami Heat also lost against the Timberwolves.
Then finally the Lakers lost against the New York Knicks.

Anyway, we have just 4 games later.
This will be the return of Ja Morant but I doubt they can win this against the Pelicans. With Zion Williamson, CJ McCollum, Brandon Ingram, and Valanciunas, all they need is to put Jared Jackson Jr. in foul trouble and then they can dominate the paint.
New Orleans Pelicans - Memphis Grizzlies - New Orleans Pelicans (-4.5)

Milwaukee Bucks - San Antonio Spurs - Milwaukee Bucks (-14.5) Malik Beasley is the only probable to play for the Bucks. Wemby was ruled out to play.

Portland Trail Blazers - Phoenix Suns - Phoenix Suns (-5.5) Grayson Allen is probable, and Josh Okogie is ruled out to play. Well, they still have KD and Booker so I think that -5.5 is low enough. @1.73.

Good luck everyone.

Cavs -3.5, Clippers -1.5, Wolves -1.5 Mavs +8.5.
I'm in the same boat with a couple of your picks, mainly on the Twolves, as the Heat still looks questionable with their recent results, while the Twolves remain dominant even on the road.

Thanks mate, I skipped the Suns game, not confident with them having that -10.5 (or isn't it 12.5?) initial line and same with the the GSW, although they've won and cover the spread by just .5 points. hehehe.
Good choice on skipping the Suns match because they only woke up once the fourth quarter started.

Congrats on your win, although I didn't put a bet on tonight's game, but I did keep tabs on the score. That was a huge comeback by the Wolves, I thought that the Heat are going to pull an upset win here.

But then again, the Wolves will not be on the top of the West if they don't have the mentality to make a strong comeback and win big even in the road. So that's what they did here against the Heat. Just imagine though if someone do live betting on the Wolves when they are down in the first half, it could be a very attractive odds.

You were right again on this one, Miami Heat started strong but the 2nd half all belonged to the Timberwolves.

I got a wrong pick today because I bet on the Sixers thinking they'll again dominate their opponent. Unfortunately, it's the Bulls who ended up winning the game, I didn't notice that the Bulls has been playing recently, should have bet on the other side, but that's gambling, just gotta move on to the other game.

Right now, lakers are down a double digit, but I believe they'll come back. Betting line now @2.65 moneyline.
Thanks, I was about to accept my loss on the Timberwolves when the Heat was close to a 20-point lead in the second quarter and then came back to see a turnaround in the near end. Grin

Nice catch on the Lakers' live odds, but their shooting was a bit off when they had some uncontested shots.
