I need to bump this up. Anyone would be interested? Let's say you give me coins worth 100k, but get insurance benefits worth 150k - if I die. If not, then I will slowly pay you back.

- It would also be my interest to pay insurance, as other part would go for cryopreservation

- I could not change the beneficiary

Well... here is my take... if you are not a scammer, the scammer have screwed you over big time as they pull the same story, seen it in spam emails even...

The only thing missing is... "...it's for the children..."

Having a quick look through the thread:
1. no proof of loss - nothing to tie you to that transaction except your word and I believe someone else on another forum may have used the same block chain info to try scamming too...
2. An image which would not have looked out of place in a hospital I stayed at
3. Heartfelt story about falling on bad luck
4. Another post for the same begging of BTC/USD... https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/transaction-got-confirmed-thanks-333438

Sorry looks too much like a scam to me, but I am not going to call it at this stage...

Here is a tip, try looking around on the internet for herbal and natural remedies. I for one am not ok with treating everything with meds, maybe your diet could change, maybe approach the Mayo Clinic or other major chains to see if they will help... hell, even try corporates for good PR in helping someone in the community who is seriously ill.

I doubt you will get anything at all from this group as we all get screwed at one point or another wether it be pools closing, blatant scams or otherwise.

also isn't Obama Care supposed to help you now?

If you are legitimate you need to look at every other avenue also and I wish you well, also I am certain, like here, many current affairs type shows would jump at the chance to throw 5-10k+ at you for a good rating story or for a story to get rating proving the health system is failing... Then you would have the money and not have to beg for it.

EDIT: You mention about US health care system, but you have treatment 'somewhere' in Europe and you are listed as being in Asia in your profile (you mention Thailand and you won't disclose the location you were at 2 months ago?)... this is getting worse all the time, there is a stench being emitted, seriously you need to look at it from our perspective, and I am sorry but the more I read of this and your other thread the more I am convinced it is a scam.

Just one quick question, where is the IV stuck into, what body part I mean, as it looks weird.

well, I didnt start off with the heartfelt story, as I knew I would be called a scammer. the info on the blockchain? I have not used it elsewhere, and even pulled it down from here to prevent usage by others- not that it would be so hard to pick one at random. I have my long emails with the lawyer, as I said those are hard to forge, as well as a statement of my account they sent me. if you want to have more proof, show your true willingness to help.

I have been to the US, yes. Originally from europe, I have been disowned by parents and spent a long time in THailand. you still have not caught a scammer, and again these are details I did not include so that I dont have to spend hours and days explaining to people who only care about getting credit for unveiling a supposed scammer.

If you have the money, I can give you my name and let you call around the at least 10 (no kidding) Bangkok hospitals where I have been treated. in europe or america they will not give out info on me on the phone.

for the photo, heres another one with the subway network of vienna on the wall. I am aiming at people who got their coins when I did, when they were worth a lot less and would not feel bad for helping me.

EDIT: have been seen by a physician from Johns Hopkins (level of Mayo), who also happens to be an FDA board member.
IV is in my vein on the top of my hand.

As things stand now, I wont last long without a cash injection.
We'll know soon enough.

And might be ashamed.
I still bet for a scam attempt.
judging from your posts you are as smart as a piece of rock, so I am not surprised and wont try to convince you since you have not much more than me.

How did you expect me to know this when you do not tell anyone?
You should be investigating yourself.
Next time, state clearly.  And I have seen many other users claiming they need medicine or drugs of some sort.  They never get the loan, or when they do, BAM.  Off they run.

Quote
I am open to anyone with BTC/USD to examine the truthfulness of anything I have said. I have been through 3 hospitalizations, about 20 courses of DIFFERENT antibiotics yet the mentality of treating physicians to cut down on costs or treatment time always prevents a cure and results in a stronger, more dangerous infection.

Sounds like you're screwed.  Good Luck.  I say that with absolutely no sarcasm, take it in how you want to.

I'm not trying to spam, if I was, I wouldn't be wasting my time here.  Instead, I would be writing one line phrases elsewhere.  And really?  I have better things to do.

well, guess what, I really need it. On the other hand, I would not be irresponsible enough to promise to pay back in BTC. Maybe in USD, and over a couple years. I am trying to appeal to those that would be willing to give under these terms.

Post the TxID where you sent 10.5 BTC to Bitcoin-24 Smiley

I must correct myself, it's 9.9 instead of 10.5. Just checked the emails I exchanged with the lawyer back then.

Are you sure it's not 9.94, instead?

it's 9.395

Ok. And where the transaction proof everyone has been asking for, please?

edit: I have posted and messaged it several times before. there is no point doing so whatsoever, as you are only asking to increase your post numbers or to try to 'catch a scammer'. I will not participate in something like that. Perhaps it's futile to ask for help here anyways.

No.

Congratz, you just proved me wrong.
Now time to hit a few more questions at you:

Why do you need a 10 BTC loan when you can already find a lawyer?  By the sounds of it, I think it's a private lawyer, as for I do not know of any firms that help fight bitcoin cases.

Quote
No money, no health, and very little hope of getting out of this alive. I have literally nobody to turn to. No family, no friends

Yet you have only a lawyer assisting you.
How do we know that he will win the case for you?
If he gets your money back, how do we know you will pay us back?  If I were you, I wouldn't be too happy to giveaway $8000 USD in my current state.

So yeah.

edit: have no illusions, if it goes to court (and I will do my best to see to that) it will take YEARS to get a verdict. Any further details I would not like to discuss here in public. so I will delete what's been said of the lawyer too.... little help with terminology: pro bono means for free

as for offering a security, I can't do that for this amount, and never stated I would. For a larger amount I could offer up to 150k USD of my life insurance, making you the beneficiary, as well as the partial owner. This would prevent me from changing the beneficiary.

As what I need the 10 BTC for? IV antibiotic treatment for 2 months in a place where I can pay for this + a live-in nurse. Such place would be Thailand. Or, if antibiotic therapy is no longer possible, bacteriophages could provide an alternative. Because of the complicated nature of my infection this would cost at least this much if not more, but in a different country. Again, I would have to take things into my own hand and pay a firm specializing in agricultural phages to develop me ones I can use, as commercial ones are not good enough. (commercial ones are available in Georgia and Russia) I know exactly how to get either of these options done (Thailand or the phages), down to the smallest detail of purchasing accessories or hiring a nurse.

this is why it would be necessary to have this 10 BTC, as I may be unable to sort things out in the US with the health insurance. As we are speaking of a bacterial infection that has been eating me up for the past 3 years, it could literally save my life to have this money.

so yeah sherlock. not your day today.

picture is of me giving myself IV antibiotics about a year ago somewhere in Europe.

I had 30.XX that I divided into 3 parts. one was 10.XX, the other one this, and a third part the remainder, also 9.XX.
