I need a verified PayPal account if possible in my name (Mehedi Hasan). The account should be in the USA. The account holder must be a hero member or have at least 200 earned merit. I know the risk of taking an account from another person that's why I need to take from a person whom I can rely on.

I will not take it for the purpose of scamming. If still anyone thinks, it is any type of violation then you can post here or pm me, thank you.

how to making paypal account using your name? if your ID not know?
maybe you have paypal account with negative balance, right?

Firstly based on the new compliance laws that came into play in 2022 just about every US platform that deal with payments will now verify that the tax information provided can be verified and submitted to the IRS before they allow you to process payments. Since the reporting threshold has been lowered from $20,000 to $600, platforms like Paypal can no longer allow accounts to accept thousands of dollars of payments before confirming that they can actually submit a W9 to the IRS.
It is a piece of very bad news for those who are non-us users but operate USA Paypal accounts. Thank you for the information about the update of them. I wanted to withdraw my freelance income to Paypal and then wanted to convert Paypal to crypto. That could be easiest and safest way to increase my crypto holdings.

Buying a paypal account from unknown persons will have risks and i would not recommend to you specially how the new rules operate.

I would suggest instead of buying a PayPal account, try to find a trusted friend or relative who live in the US and you may use his account.
He will get the earnings in his paypal account and then you may ask him to transfer you the money in any form whether it be in the US dollar or in bitcoin.

With Paypal there`s risk regardless of if you are using your own account, a friends account or buying a properly created account. This is the double edged sword with using Paypal and other services that were designed to be P2P for any types of payments/payouts that you are really relying on. We have a business that provides US formation and business services to international startups and founders and one of the first things I tell them in terms of payments is never rely on Paypal (or their subsidiareis) as a main processor or receiving account. Honestly if you are a non resident unless you have to receive revenue from a platform that only pays out to Paypal there is no reason for you to need to use Paypal at all to receive US payments. There are services out there who can incorporate a US company for you and open a business bank account for the company for as low as $99 that would allow a person to receive direct ACH payments in their name or company name and sign-up for services like Stripe if they need basic payment processing. When Paypal came around it was not possible for a non-resident to open a US bank account without visiting the US, those days are long gone.

Hello Shasan. I see your problem and have had kinda same problems before that I want to create a PayPal account in a country I don´t have a mobile phone number to.
I don´t know what the req is for opening a PayPal-US account more then receiving a text SMS verification.

But the SMS part you can use some online service that provide SMS verification, both free versions and versions that cost money is out there.

Then you will also be in charge a bit more of the account.
Those verification sites has always woking well for me.

Just a tip  Smiley
Good luck!

What i did is buying a US sim number and made sure it’s not a VOIP number since they can be detected from PayPal and won’t receive the SMS code verification.
I have a Paypal account too and I have no problem except receiving the code. Can you suggest to me how to manage my USA phone number? I guess I would be able to use my Paypal account if I can verify the phone number. They gave me two options 1. confirm the code from the previous number (which I used randomly) or changed the phone number. I think if I can change my phone number then I will receive a message to the new number and I would be able to use that account once again.

There was a service i used here on the forum to hire one time real US sim number for verification early last year and it was worth it around $5 for 24hrs and $10 for 7 days.

There are so many untold stories about PayPal - They are criminals i wont use them ever again.

If you are buying or trying to create a US paypal account there`s a few basic things you need to understand no matter if its a legit or Stealth account.

That means if you are trying to setup a personal account you are going to need an SSN or TIN that can actually be verified via the IRS (name has to match that in which the IRS has on file for that TIN) The way around this is to open a business account with a legit and verifiable EIN. They will still run your personal info through KYC but if your business and EIN is setup properly taxes will be reported via EIN not SSN or TIN meaning your EIN will be submitted which should be legit. Problem averted right? Kind of...

Even if all of your information was 100% legit. KYC/KYB/tier 1 carrier phone number/major bank... It would still be a long shot that they`d allow you to begin taking payments over $200 the first weeks you open the account without holds or document request. If you are trying to operate a  stealth account then that single transaction threshold is likely to be $50 or less.

Bottom line with Paypal is that no matter what info you use large transactions too fast. Too much volume too fast is going to lead to, holds, request, limts or all three.

Yep, that's true, I bought account, for a weeks works nice, but when I received big amount they ask me about documents, and seller gave me that, but ID was small edited, thier software easy check this and I can upload new document but after next half year. (On this time account was suspended).
If the provider is real and uses a real debit card or bank account then you will be able to withdraw that fund after 6 months. But if the card/bank is not valid or the seller is not legit then you will lose your fund. There is a low chance that you will be able to get the dollar on your own card/bank account.

Did they ask you to upload the documents, or take a live picture of them with some KYC software?

I'm leaning towards the former, because I for example do have my documents, but a few shitty verification softwares scan them but then reject them.
Paypal asks to verify KYC and they need to upload a document. They do not ask for live verification. But if anyone edits a picture or anything then PayPal can detect that and Paypal reject those documents. So, to verify you must have to provide real document.

This sounds funny. You want a paypall account and guy that will provide it to you has to have an account on some bitcoin forum. What is the point of limiting yourself?  I have no ideas what are actually chances for your to get one but still this limit is silly.
Yes, I have limited as I am afraid I will become scammed. Let me explain: a newbie wanted to give me an account for 100$ then s/he gave me that first. Then I gave him/her that 100$ after that the person tried to recover/recovered that account. Now, What can I do?? Noting??
But if that person has enough rank an reputation then there is a low chance to do that.

Well since you’re taking some risk and want to have a US PayPal account for whatever reason i will tell you my experience years before when i had to create a US PayPal account in order to get paid from a company. What i did is buying a US sim number and made sure it’s not a VOIP number since they can be detected from PayPal and won’t receive the SMS code verification. I created the account and attached it with Payoneer Mastercard i received everything went good and i got paid and quickly cashed out my funds, few weeks later accessing the account using a different IP address than US that account got limited and support  asked me to upload documents which i didn’t have obviously.
So i recommand that if it’s a one time deal and process from it you can try by yourself creating the account or getting one from a trusted user here, otherwise it’s so risky to use it for much transactions

Of course Shasan, you have 100% right, but when whos after this not reply on scam question, is inactive after this on forum when before put many subject, hidden username on telegram is suspect behavior, so better tell to care about this.

Have you seen no one tagged that user? Also, the user was last active on February 23, 2023, 02:10:56 AM, and the post was created on February 13, 2023, 01:46:22 PM. When anyone is accused the person should provide enough proof but for a long time, the person could not provide any evidence. Also, the user told will upload the whole chat and transaction id but till now could not do that. Which is a sign of false accusation.

Watch out of this scammer.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/betfair23-user-scam-btc-to-usdt-exchange-5439721 (Scam Accusations) 400$ lose member maudo, and after when this happen, scammer betfair23 is not active of forum.

I am not telling that the amount has not been scammed. But I have doubts about the case. Because in 17 days the user could not provide any proof from where it can be proved that s/he has been scammed. You can say that I have scammed your fund but if you cant provide proof then who will trust you? I may say that satoshi scammed me 5000$ but who will trust without proof? Anything can be accused but to proof that we must need to provide evidence. Isn't it?

If that you needed a US paypal I wouldn't mind creating an account for you and get it verified anyway. But you already had a specification of country you wanted but that notwithstanding if any other country needed then you inbox or create another thread then get me notified.
I trust you and I believe you won't used it for any evil intention.
I have sent you a message on the forum.

I don't think it's possible to create on your own name I can. Make it verfied from USA with.bank and card if you like
I am sorry I can not take a Paypal account from you even though you offer me free. As I have a risk if you try to get credentials for the account as you will have enough information to get the account back.

Having a PayPal account with your name might be very tough, this would require submitting an IDs that have your full name during kyc, I mean, before someone creates a PayPal account his or her full name will be requested after which you will be asked to submit a kyc that correlates with the full name used in signing up. At this point if your full name are being used and holder could not be able to provide a kyc that bears same name then the account will be frozen or will be on suspension. Btw, this people are too sensitive for any little changes or operation across the account.

I have got to just alert you in case you are not aware.

Those assholes (PayPal) can block your account as soon as they detect a completely different IP address and perhaps other device and browser details. Imagine someone with a completely different IP address, device ID, operating system etc. setting up an account for you, and then you access it from a different location and device. That raises an instant flag in their system

My account was permanently blocked because of accessing it using different IP addresses (VPN was on by mistake) and I was forced to create a new account. Luckily, the old account had no funds in it.

Yes that may actually work if you add a new phone number and try to receive the sms code, i will share the website where i got my us number and they still claim the ability of getting sms code from PayPal but I’m not really sure about it. If you really have to then try to get that number 137.2 ₽ which is about 2$
simsms.org
Not sure i can share this website here, plus you will need a translator if you don’t understand Russian language
