It all depend on you but for me I buy at anytime I have the money with me, so i continue buying but I know I have my selling price. I have being buying Bitcoin and some altcoins but I put it in mind that I will not sell my bitcoin till the price hit $100k, so i have a fixed selling price for any coins I buy and that is why I buy anytime money come to me. I always put it in mind that Bitcoin and even some altcoin doesn't have dumping fixed price and pumping fixed price. That means anything can happen.
anything can happen in cryptocurrency. if you've been buying bitcoins at the right price but still dropping, you may be able to buy gradually. Most importantly you buy with money that you do not need in the near future and that is free money. The target price that you set is of course the target that must be achieved.

For me personally, i will think some ways. If this is for a trading daily, I still will buy it and take profits after rising up for small percentage. And about buying for investment, I think I will wait for little bit drop, but of course, this may be difficult to know when to drop. That's buying the dip and dollar-cost averaging. Very effective strategy over time that you'll be happy that you've done it. When you are waiting for small drops then you are particularly aiming for short term profits and not for long term ones.Well, its up on personal choice whether which one you do go for it because not all would really be that patient in doing so thats why we do end upon several decisions for ourselves when it comes to this manner.So its up to your choice whether on when you will be buying

The right technical analysis will always give you the answer you're looking for, so don't forget to do it before making a trade. Be patient, don't rush things up because eventually, your technical analysis will be always right as long as you've done it correctly, obviously.

You know one sweet about bitcoin? It's uni direction in profits, you can get buy and do a DCA when the price is falling and hold for long time, at a point your buy will be average and when bitcoin enters accumulation face afyer bottom out, you will be in good profit when another bull start.
