What did you do to him so you get 8.9 btc
you should report him to the police international and prepare supporting evidence if he committed fraud against you

Police international?

No one is going to work for free, with a chance of getting paid.
I will explain this to you guys again, you want people to find locate and collect the coins for you. But if someone spends all that time going after a person and the coins are not collectable they just lost all that time/money and you are risk free.
Every time someone takes a job with pay on the back end, is just like gambling with a huge house edge.

Chance of anyone actually ever doing this for you is very low.

I offer to do all debt collections in the USA for 15%+ any expenses, I know where he is and where his family lives.
I have already pulled his background check and other information.

This guy seems like your best bet.

Yes... Your best bet if you had proof...
A debt collector can't collect debt if there's no debt to collect.
You haven't posted any proof that you - a) helped him and b) agreed a fee should you fulfil what you both agreed on - in other words, whatever was written on the contract.

I doubt someone from this forum just via messaging will convince him to pay you, he ignore you like he ignore anyone else, you should send him debt collector to face him. If you don't know where he live give a reward for his information, at least you will take about 70% with all expenses

You really need to stop telling people to do that in public your just making con-artist feel more at home by doing that. 5k worth of payment owed is worth going to court over.

Don't bother perusing him in a lawsuit, it will not end well. It will be a waste of time and money.

Sorry but your best bet at this point is probably going to be a lawsuit. Since you have a decent amount of contact information, you might be able to track him down so you know where to file your lawsuit. Even if you don't get the Bitcoin you might have some luck explaining to a judge that you did work for him and now you want to be paid either in Bitcoin or in cash. If he does live in the U.S. the judge might be open to garnishing his wages if you do a good enough job of presenting your case.

And yeah, again I don't doubt you.. But just a general comment to all.. No one should go after anyone without proof, unless you happen to be the OP and/if you have proof.
