I am agreed with @o_e_l_e_o . so if the site is https://www.amazon-miner.com/ then it is a pure scam and it's a Ponzi scheme.

How unrealistic return %. Up to 10% per day. I can not understand how some people believe this and make an investment. Personally I don't believe any cloud mining site. All of them have a very high chance to scam people. OP is one of the victims. So op I will say you forget about it and learn from here.

The company is Amazon-miner.
Is https://www.amazon-miner.com/ the site in question? If so, it is a scam.

Their entire site is plagiarized. For example:

"Don’t wrestle with rig assembly..." taken from https://www.cloudmininginc.net/
"The bitcoin reward that miners receive..." taken from https://www.investopedia.com/tech/how-does-bitcoin-mining-work/
"Taking the time to manage your money..." taken from https://www.walnutfund.com/home.html
"It's still early: Bitcoin stands..." taken from https://dropgold.com/why-invest-in-bitcoin/

Even their fake testimonials are plagiarized. Example:

"Highly recommend & a great experience..." taken from https://zytheme.com/demos/cryptech/page-our-team.html

Their Google Maps location appears to be an electricity station.

None of the transactions listed under their "Live Payout" ticker actually exist.

The images on their "Data Centers" page (https://www.amazon-miner.com/data-center) are also stolen. For example.

First image - https://www.ebayshopkorea.com/itm/GPU-Mining-Farm-10-rigs-2450MHs-ETH-Ethereum-ZE/322647191376 (Seventh picture along)
Second image - https://crypto-economy.com/bitcoin-btc-chinese-authorities-investigating-illegally-operating-bitcoin-mining-farms-in-sichuan-province/

Do not send these scammers any more money.

Thanks for all the reply guys. The company is Amazon-miner. This isn't the first time I have dealt with them. I have a couple friends that have made decent money from them with really no troubles, that's who told me about this. I have done a couple smaller transactions with them in the past and have had no problems making money and then taking out all monies, capital and profit. This is the first sort of bigger investment with them.

The thing is, you've been involved with small amounts before, it's their old trick to lure you to invest as much as possible, which they then steal from you this way. And as for your friends, they probably told you half-truths, because they wanted you to use their ref link to make them earn more. Do you really think that cloud mining can work in a way that people make a profit? In most cases, behind it all is a simple Ponzi scheme - no mining equipment, no employees - just a fat man sitting in front of his computer and selling fairy tales to suckers.

This has been going on for a week now. I have sent some bitcoin to a cloud mining company about a week ago. I have checked on blockchain explorer and it is confirmed. I have also checked the address a billion times and it is correct. I spoke with my wallet company to understand and make sure everything on their end is good. The company is saying the did see the transaction leave the blockchain but it didn't make it to their wallet and the transaction will be reversed back to my wallet. Does this sound right? If so how long does this usually take? They say they can't do anything as it up to the blockchain. Like said its been a week. I know things happen. Is my bitcoin gone? Thanks for the help.
They probably held your transaction. Most of the cloud mining companies that are running these days are just pure scam. Did you ever atleast checked their background before continuing to mine there? You should alwas do that first! Lots of scam schemes are running. Extend effort and don't be lazy so your time won't be wasted next time. Have you invested there? I guess so though.

I have done a couple smaller transactions with them in the past and have had no problems making money and then taking out all monies, capital and profit. This is the first sort of bigger investment with them. This particular investment I did with a friend so there was two payments sent to the same address. I was questioning if that ok but my friend said it would be fine and I looked at my past transactions and they use the same wallet address.

Aside from that I have varified the address I sent it to is the correct address they gave me, did that a billion times. Spoke with my wallet company and they said according to the blockchain explorer everything looks normal, they should have gotten it. Everytime I ask the the company there is two options, wait till I get my reversal of bitcoin or send the rest of the investment.

I have been fearing the worst since about day 2 on this one. Im sort of ok to brush this off and say whatever, the other person is in a pinch and really needs the money.

Don't believe that the funds will be reversed back to your wallet unless the wallet address that you have sent the funds send it back to your address. Can you tell us what cloud mining service it is?. I don't really trust cloud mining companies and if it is true then your bitcoin should be shown and if not then you are scammed.
Oh, really sad to read this reply. We all know that it is hard for a  user losing his/her bitcoin. However, if this really the possibility on getting scam then we could not help but to move on.

In this case I do not think that scam involve here it is possibility a little delay and probably OP now had already made the transaction done successfully.

Well have to wait for OP first on his/her feedback and see what would really happen to the transaction being made. I do hope that he was able to verify the addresses being used before the transaction being done.

I believe I got scammed too:( i dont know much about it and i got contacted by one account manager on Instagram.  Invested 200£ to 7tradingcapitals.com . That 200£ made me just over 7000£ which I thought was already too good to be true. He kept asking me for more investments but i said i want to withdraw first to see if its real. He was annoyed saying if i do withdraw he is done investing for me.
But then when i requested the withdraw the company emailed me to pay 10% commissions and 5% tax upfront and then they will be able to release my money.
So i did Undecided
Then they asked m
5% more for some IRC tax or something.  And assured me thats the last payment and i will get my withdraw.
So after i payed them ( send them bitcoin in that ammount through coinbase) they emailed me that there was an error and they didn't receive the transaction and i need to pay again the 15% . I said there is no way i will pay again.
Its been over a week now, they saying they didn't receive it and it might take month or two and then they will send it back. And if i dont pay till this friday my account will be frozen.
I have been scammed right? Huh Undecided
I'm sorry with your experience and yes, you've been scammed.

You should be able to feel that during the time, they keep on giving different reasons and asking for more, they don't have plans of giving your money back.

Unfortunately, your entry into the world of cryptocurrencies started in a very ugly way, you have been deceived with very old but still very functional ways of scams. What you can do now is warn others not to fall victim to the same scammers. To do that open Scam Accusations using Scam Report Format.

I also reported 7tradingcapitals.com to Google Safe Browsing, and if the report is successful, the page will not appear in browsers, but a message about the deceptive page will appear. In this report, be sure to link this thread as a source of information.

Yes. Even if there is some legit company out there, no way in hell they'd choose private DM to get more clients.

At least you learned your lesson. Try to report to the police if possible, and at least do some research before sending money to some random dude.

The blockchain public ledger is very transparent in every Bitcoin transaction has, there's nothing to deny if you're doing this correctly into the right address and it should be on the recipient address. Once it showed to blockchain explorer transaction confirmed, there's nothing we can do to reverse the transaction because that is an "irreversible" transaction.

Be careful, you might scam by the cloud mining you've said. I heard a lot of issues like this, asking another payment and has an alibi that your Bitcoin is on limbo. If you fooled once, that's enough.

There are many cloud mining that is a scam, so be careful when using it because you may lose your kidney once you use it for transferring your funds. If you see that the transactions are already done, you should also check the recipient's BTC address, the wallet address may be wrong so the funds are not transferred on your account. You may double-check first the recipient's wallet address before you lick the word "confirm" because once you clicked it and you put the wrong BTC wallet, you can't do anything to return back your money. So spend your time checking every detail.

These two sentences are already enough to conclude that you have been scammed. Please refrain from doing this again.

Don't send your BTC to any cloud mining "company". They are not a company that will give you a good return.

Can you drop the transaction I'd so we can see if its really confirmed or not.

If its already a week since you send it, then its totally gone and there is no way it will back to your wallet  , the one you send the balance is the cloud mining website did I understand it right?
If its confirmed already then its already on the wallet where you send it.

If your transaction has been confirmed as shown in blockexplorer then there is nothing you can do or the company to reverse the transaction back to your wallet because of irreversible nature of proof of work. The only factor that it will be return to the wallet address you're sending from is when it has low transaction fees in which the tx will get stucked and eventually drop from the mempool.

Also, beware of such cloud mining schemes. Most of them are not worth trying for.

You should know that 99.99% of cloud mining companies are nothing more than a ponzi scheme and in most cases you won't get your money's worth. Especially if they offer you crazy high ROI (usually they do).

Is my bitcoin gone? Thanks for the help.
I am sorry to say this, but chances of you getting your BTC back ain't good. If transaction was confirmed (and you said it was) then they should get the BTC. It just sounds like some bad excuse, nothing more. Care to share name of that cloud mining company, and transaction as well?

Did you say cloud mining? Opps be careful on joining on this kind of platform. They hold the authority to hold funds that even on blockchain are confirmed on their platform and lock your funds on their their platform.

Used "replace by fee" method to increase the fee of your unconfirmed transaction.

What wallet did you used to send your funds?

Here is a good guide or steps to actually do it.

to a cloud mining company about a week ago

If you've checked the transaction and it's confirmed, if you checked the recipient's address (at least some letters from start, some from the middle and some from the end), then your transaction should be fine.
However, the vast majority of so-called cloud mining services are pure scam and there's a very good chance you simply got scammed.
Maybe giving the name of the "cloud mining company" may give a clue and some could search a little more about it, although it won't help much.

All this being said, please don't send more money to them or other such "companies".
