Just curious, is your property over priced?

thanks for the question. it is not overpriced.  price is already reduced. it is the asking price that means any serious offer will be taken in consideration. as I wrote before, people who know the area will understand that it is an opportunity.
I did a fee website myself, there is more info about the place. I am not a coder  Smiley I am an old man who likes the bitcoin idea.

This is will not be easy sell real estate - first of all - it is in Israel - not US or EU. It is also not very popular tourist destination  Wink

No one said it is an easy sell  Smiley therefore I try all possible ways with an high finders fee and by the way Israel is one of the most secure countries with nice people, beaches, food and expensive milk products  Wink

thank you for the posting

Maybe contact Julie Wainwright who runs therealreal.com. She's trying to provide a service between eBay's high end and Christie's low end. Her service involves coming to the homes of the rich and famous to consign the items they are no longer in love with. I bet she knows someone who will take that beautiful property off your hands.

thank You very much for the tip. I visited the website but I didnt see any real estate offered there. did You mean I should contact her to see if she could be of help?
Sure, it's a remote chance but you seem motivated in doing business as does she having just done an interview today I think.

I can't think of a single person looking to purchase property in Israel.

This is going to be a hard sell.

Well, if you are willing to be so generous, I expect there are certain features about the property that make it a tricky sale
Not doubting you, just observing that there is no such thing as a free lunch

WRONG! people who know the area know if there is any problem. as it is a luxury property in a special place there are not many interested customers right now.

my offer is $200k = ~ 500 BTC for the person who will help me to sell the following property.

https://www.bitpremier.com/5-real-estate/178-beautiful-7br-luxury-villa-caesarea-israel

the one who will introduce me to a buyer or will give me a  unique tip that will sell the property will get the finders fee.

IMHO if this unique located property is sold for BTC this deal will make history like the first 2 Pizza deal sold for BTC.

Thanks in advance

Nice property you have there, does it really cost 3 million?

yes, and it is low priced and a few meters away from the Prime Minister's home.

Wow! What an insane offer!

Not-so-pro tip: If you want to sell a luxurious property, try finding some peers from the wealthy. Have you tried posting some ads on the internet? Also, try targeting the rich's weakness (most of them are tend to be attracted on things that has a high value) and explain in complete detail about the pros and cons when they buy that. Real estate is a good investment imo, because as the world gets more populated, the value of space tend to increase.

Good luck in finding a buyer! Smiley

thank You for trying to help. you can believe me that I have tried a lot. sure thing that I want to sell the property but I prefer to sell it for BTC. why not make history  Grin
