yes it is open for Iranians and Arabs but with many exceptions like for example Mahmoud Ahmadinejad - Ismail Haniyeh- Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi etc and the list could go on and on. I hope you understand my point.

Whew... it's been quite some time now. Even with the wonderful finder's fee, i still find it hard to believe that no one has claimed it yet. It's a great property, great deal bitcoin wise, great finder's fee...
