Just out of curiosity, is the finders fee staying the same as I notice you change the asking price to reflect the fiat price you're asking, but as the title states $200k (500 BTC) finders fee, 500 BTC is more like $105k now

Hey I'm the one that said that I went to school with a couple of exchange students from Israel. I've been posting this property and have had a very interested buyer email me today. They are wondering if you are firm on you price and what the condition the place is in. I really think we might have a buyer if we play our cards right here. Please get back with me ASAP and let me know if the price is negotiable and the conditions of the property. Also see if there is a chance that they maybe could check the place out. I'm really praying this works out in our favor.

I find it weird how there are apparently so many millionaires with new accounts on BTCTalk lately.

why weird? there are many out there who love BTC and sell and buy whatever they can. if you are
BTC enthusiast so be happy. just google or ask Bitpremier how many properties, cars etc were sold for BTC.
and I sell my property and because I love the BTC idea I sell it also for BTC. whats wrong with that?

It isn't easy to find a buyer and who will be interesting in purchasing a house at Israel.

You've probably done this already - but you could try finding contacts in the movie industry and see if they'd like to rent/film at your house. If this is successful you may also be able to find someone with some deep $ wallets who wants to buy the house. As I understand it there are a lot of folks in the movie industry of Jewish decent who may want to own some nice, high-end places in Israel.
hi and thanks for the tip. we have in Israel many luxurious homes which are used for movies or TV shows. we had in the past some offers for TV shows but we didnt want to do this because we still live here. we want to sell.
