560 on both cards, I dont know what else to try

Ive tried 12.8, 13.1, 13.4, 13.5beta drivers , SDK 2.8 and 2.7 as well, makes NO difference

tried that and only  550kh, no monitor plugged in, remote sessions using teamviewer

it should get you 730

Got enough RAM on the motherboard?

change PCI-E slot, and add --shaders 2048 at the end of line.
AND - disconnect screen or use dummyplug!

which oc programm do you use?

Got 2 brand new Gigabyte 7970oc windforce and not matter what settings I use I can't get past 550-580 per card, Ive googled every webpage and tried every combo and still no luck

I've tried these settings plus many more

Issue Solved, now at 720kh

1. Uninstall your drivers - use amd cleanup utility to remove all
2. Install ATI Catalyst 13.3beta_3 drivers (if that does not help you, try 13.1 & 13.4)
3. use these settings: --auto-fan --temp-target 79 --gpu-engine 1044 --gpu-memclock 1500 --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 -g 2 -w 256
Ive got this added in my bat file above cgminer settings: setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

eg:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://wdcpool.erundook.net:3334 -u sikman -p password --auto-fan --temp-target 79 --gpu-engine 1044 --gpu-memclock 1500 --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 -g 2 -w 256
