This account pass word has been changed recently. So do you provide any collateral for this loan request?

How do you check that?
Check and click the trust of the of the account itll say that the pass has changed recently or you could check the seclog

Thanks! I wasn't aware of the seclog existence =D

Is there any kind of archive of the seclog?

I can do this loan but isn't the account will get a negative trust if ever OP defaults? That will make the collateral useless right?

i dont wanna sound harsh, but did you just buy this account??

Nope... Hopefully not. I can see he got paid loans history with the same amount and also I know him on our local section so I just gave him a loan. Let's see in the next days Grin

not necessarily... Just don't ask DT to tag an account negatively if the borrower defaults, tell them you'll sell the account to cover your losses, and they'll usually leave the account alone.
Especially because it's just a full member account. Sr. accounts usually get tagged as sold (neutral) by DT after a default.

You get a good deal if he defaults in the loan:

he is currently enrolled in Bitmixer campaign - which is a good campaign even you post crappy posts.
You can sell the account more higher because it is enrolled in a campaign cos most sig campaign are full.
You can get ROI + profits in two weeks.

First of all your account is not worth 120% of your loan amount.

120% of 0.04 is 0.088 BTC and your account is currently worth 0.07497 BTC according to Bitcointalk Account Price Estimator.

Lol 120% of 0.04 btc doesn't equals to 0.088 btc. Its 0.048 btc
And account price estimators doesn't give right value of account. They are always overpriced

First of all your account is not worth 120% of your loan amount.

120% of 0.04 is 0.088 (<= sorry, typo) 0.048 BTC and your account is currently worth 0.07497 BTC according to Bitcointalk Account Price Estimator, which is not the actual price if you want to sell it in real time. Your account can maximum go for 0.04 BTC.

Do you have any other altcoins or other alt accounts besides this one?

Well here is the general rule regarding asking for loans...........

no (valid) collateral, no loan.

Things you need to know:

[EDU] The Rule of "No Collateral, No Loan" - IGNORE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
How to sign a message
Bitcointalk Escrows

Read all of them and after educating yourself ask again.

You can lock this topic at the lower left of this page. thank you! Smiley

1) provide valid collateral... you're asking for $18 equivalent in non-refundable currency on an anonymous forum with a relatively new account... You should offer some collateral

If you are asking indirectly for his account as collateral then it might be a very bad idea
Did you noticed that more than 73% of his posts are in local boards which is quite not acceptable by most of the signature campaign managers. Only acceptable by auto campaigns with no campaign manager
So I think it will still be hard for you to cover losses if any by seeking his account because of such post quality
