Why don't you invest your btc instead of gambling them? hmmm.. Might be a good idea.

Holding BTC is already gambling :---)

It is a gamble but i wouldnt call it gambling, to me you are gambling when you make -ev bets.  BTC investment is +ev dont you think?

if it's a gamble, then it is gambling

Then by those terms almost anything in life gambling, getting a job, breathing, having children etc.  Words lose all meaning.
Investment is basically partial-skill gambling, like poker. You can cheat in similar ways, too... Maybe "cornering the ace market" is a bit of a stretch...

Why don't you invest your btc instead of gambling them? hmmm.. Might be a good idea.

Invest is slow, gambling is fast and fun Smiley

.... and risky

Yes extremely risky! rather be safe and invest your btc and almost guarantee a profit than gamble and have a 50/50 chance of winning

if anyone wants to gamble can send their BTC to me and maybe i will return 100 times more back. Maybe.

hahha you said maybe not Cheesy

Of course maybe not. What kind of gamble that is if you always win? So boring.

if anyone wants to gamble can send their BTC to me and maybe i will return 100 times more back. Maybe.

The odd of winning this is much lower then gambling, I prefer gambling Smiley

You have no ideas of your chances at most of gambling. you do know them at roulette and again electronic ones can cheat.

play poker instead of casino games

They will both lead you to losing money imo...
Probably. I don't think I've ever heard of an actual success story where a gambling addict turns his life around by playing poker. I'd guess there's a selection bias among people who choose to play poker where they're probably much less likely to be addicts. Poker takes a long time to play through in most instances, especially if there's an initial buy-in and last man standing takes all (well, unless you do something really dumb, I guess) -- with a large table, you can still have high stakes and a relatively low buy-in. $20 can last you a couple hours and still feel engaging, no problem.

ETA: OTOH, poker tends to punish greed, so... maybe.

Yeah i've not heard of any stories either tbh.  However...poker connects with you in a far more positive way vs games that cant be beat, i think gamblers would find it a lot harder to make bad betting decisions after a few years of poker therapy.
