2btc is nothing. It's more like the losing part is what pisses you off. Don't get drawn in the viscious circle of thinking if I bet more this time I will make it back. If you win you get greedy if you lose you will bet more.

Happened to my former husband.

He committed suicide last month. He stole money from our son, from me, other people, made up shit where he worked to get additional compensation...cops were after him for something...was 27k in debt just what he owed me.

So if you're taking risks with money you need or that you provide for anyone else, especially kids...just consider the ultimate price you pay for stupid decisions. Your life doesn't suck by any means...unless you destroy other people in the process.

Just FYI PSA  Cry

ETA for irony purposes - in June I sent him $25 worth of bitcoin to introduce him to it. After his passing I had to go through his stuff and found the wallet info he set up for block chain and just sent it back to myself so it wasn't gone forever.

At the end of the day, the only final income received from him out of everything turned out to be bitcoin.

Oh man, I'm really sorry you had to go through that. Gambling definitely isn't for everybody, especially if you have an addictive personality.

lost 2btc out of the few that i own the other night gambling on bitcoincasino.io..

i hate my life

I hope you learned something out of it. If you didn't, then keep gambling until you hit despair. At this point, you'll be a total wreck and forced to stop even if you don't want to.

Wow. People like me and many others struggle to even get 0.1BTC to trade with and re-invest, but some can take 2BTC and throw it out on gambling. Depressing. Not attacking you OP, I know what addiction is like (drugs). Just saying that it is amazing Sad

0.1BTC is 35$, why would you waste hours trading to get that. Even the most simple jobs would pay more.

There are plenty of people who gamble with way more money then 2 BTC and can afford to lose it. The OP unfortunately, couldn't.
Hello American, Canadian, Middle-Easterner, European, Afrikaner, or Russian. It may surprise you to know geography is the greatest factor in determining rate of pay* and that almost half of all people live on less than $2.50/day, which includes a great many employed people.

*Except for Internet weidos using magic Internet money, I guess.

If you're not finding it fun you shouldn't be doing it and defiantly shouldn't be going back

Otherwise you're missing the point of gambling and have a problem.

Well said. Gambling is supposed to be fun, and once the fun goes out of it, and you continue, it becomes the problem.

I wouldn't recommend playing Poker if you are really struggling to stop playing. You can get addicted to Poker too.

Although I do agree Poker is also a game of skill, but imo that applies mostly for real life poker and not online.

play poker instead of casino games

They will both lead you to losing money imo...
Probably. I don't think I've ever heard of an actual success story where a gambling addict turns his life around by playing poker. I'd guess there's a selection bias among people who choose to play poker where they're probably much less likely to be addicts. Poker takes a long time to play through in most instances, especially if there's an initial buy-in and last man standing takes all (well, unless you do something really dumb, I guess) -- with a large table, you can still have high stakes and a relatively low buy-in. $20 can last you a couple hours and still feel engaging, no problem.

ETA: OTOH, poker tends to punish greed, so... maybe.

I was never a fan of gambling because I have seen the suffering and pain of people who lost all of their hard earned money.

This can be said of any addiction. I've only ever gambled a few times in my life but I realize how destructive it can be. When you win it's such a high, but when you lose it's an even bigger low and your first instinct is to try win the money back and this is how the problem starts. It's very hard to know when to quit, but the best option would be to not gamble at all.
