The same situation here. I sent the fee through exchange as well and not sure if I have the same receive address.
Actually, I had another user name "anyboy" which has lost password and not able to retrieve. So I create this account to send the fee again.
If I cannot be in IPO, I must be cursed and will keep fighting with this unfair judgement and treatment.

No worries, guys. I believe the rule here is just want to be more fair. As long as you sent the fees before 90 you should be one of our IPO members.

Many Chinese don't understand English very well, and only refer to this version. They may also don't know what is the change on the main thread as the Chinese version is not changed.

Well, I only hope the IPO could be fair as someone may create muliti Bitcoin accounts as well.

I can imagine that NEM could rise faster than NXT with a big community which it supports well.

The time will show, what will happen to NEM.

In my dreams, NEM has already the value of 0.1 Dollar . NXT is falling back to 0.01 Dollar Cheesy

Dont compare all the time NXT with NEM…especially the IPO. Every currency got its unique characteristics.

The aim of this rule is avoiding one people with many accounts,isn't it .
But I explain as following:
In order to introduce more people into this project in china.
I advert the advertisement in the qq group(most pop in china).(I can find the history of chat)
I advert the advertisement in the baidu forum(most pop in china).(I can give the link)
But I find some chinese have no wallet of bitcoin and nxt.
so I promise I can send BTC for them,for they pay CNY or giving the other coin to me.
I have sent several times from my wallet.
so I must claim this.
