Why so many SCAMs？
Anybody noticed that most of donors are Newbies/Brand New? They should be the same one!!!

Completely Fair Distribution - Equal Shares for ALL -- that's our motto. Since NEM is proof of stake coin, all NEM will be available at genesis block and will be shared equally to all stake holders. After that market will decide the price of NEM.
Read earlier posts to see my thoughts on investor issue. The goal is Equal Shares for ALL (accounts).

No need for my confirmation. I will go through that thread page by page when I am creating stake holder's list. Working on it right now. You can check that list to see if your name is there.

Here is plan.
We are going to wait until
1. It is feasible to clone NXT code bases, it would probably not possible until April even though it might be possible earlier
2. Gathering a mass movement with at least more than 3000 stake holders.
3. In the mean time, we can discuss making logo, currency symbol, setting forum; discussing everything else
4. At some point, I will set up some type of exchange to buy/ sell initial stakes. This will probably happen before the genesis block.
5. Community should give input and make the movement possible. Because at this point I only have 1 account stake as many others.
tomorrow , the Ethereum will be open.
Maybe it is a IPO.
BTW,what do you think about the Ethereum compared with NEM?

What makes NEM different from all the other NXT clones (like NEX) aside from the 4X more coins? Also, what is the timeframe for this project?
I think NXT can be overtaken by a clone because the NXT stakeholders have too much power and I think their greed could destroy the coin. So, I definitely support this NXT clone movement. The real question is which clone will be the best?
I'd rather take some of NXTs ideas and create a new coin from scratch because the NXT code is spaghetti. (And if we can get away from Java, the better).

I guess the questions is, can you create a coin from scratch before April? It's quite the undertaking. I don't think Nxt will be overtaken by a clone because of stakeholder distribution and it certainly won't destroy the coin. Major distribution has already happened since the genesis block creation. Stakeholders have given away large amounts for bounties and others have sold 90% of their holdings. The difference with NEM can't just be distribution, people will always complain when you start selling NEM for profit when others received it for free and you are only creating more hoarders of NEM
NEM will help NXT growing in a number of ways as you can see later. I have a plan for it so there should be no hostility here.

NXT is now 100 million business and 100 million dollar business can do a lot of good things like rewriting codes, factoring codes, or building eco-system etc., So let's not emphasize about bad code writing here. Good algorithm and a coherent vision matters much more. I respect BCNext, Luc and Cfb a lot. All of them are very capable technically. I not yet know much about Luc but I am quite fascinated by BCNext and Cfb's ideas and vision and both of them behave pretty logical most of the time.
So I have litter doubt as long as they stick with NXT, NXT will succeed. Besides there are some other notable people in NXT community that I like a lot. NXT is very solid at the moment, imho.
Now about NEM, we are going to make a clone simply because we can and sooner or later someone is going to do it any way. That's about it. Let's not raise rhetoric and focus on making something workable instead.
@wezelvis: Buy NXT which is a technological marvel. You should also put something into NEM. It costs nothing anyway and you can't really buy a big stake with money.
