Poloniex got bought out by Circle and they're already touting their improved customer service. Perhaps try opening/updating your ticket again?

I'm holding these coins for a long time but still a long way to go to reach its all-time high price. I think that this team will make this coin more popular so I'm just holding these coins and didn't sell when the price was more than $1.

The best thing to do is stick with a list of actions in different market conditions. e.g. you might say invest below 30c, and then if the price falls below that, just invest into it. Trying to time the markets based on personal financial situation is futile - it is only a worthy endeavor to manage risk, but hopefully you'd have already taken that into consideration.

Ah yes, the indifferent market--I know it well. I have a coin that is in the process of being listed on an exchange so that's what I'm holding out for. I figure once I can sell it I'll buy half XEM and half DNotes with the proceeds. And I'm aware that the timing won't necessarily be ideal, but that's OK. Some of us have to take into account the rest of our life and figure out how to make the crypto part still work. I've got it covered

That's fair, and crypto should definitely be looked at in the broader context of wealth (the rest of your portfolio - stocks, bonds, cash) and life (stage of life, age, employment,etc.)

One good thing about NEM is that as a proof of stake coin, you can actually make some NEM from helping the network. It's not a great deal, but definitely helps, especially given the fixed supply from the beginning.

Developers believe the project and work on that. the value simply fell a bit bit down and noobs at once panic.

The aim of NEM's society and programmers is to develop the NEM economy. this can be what everyone seems to be doing. await news or sell coins.
