Here strange behavior with 0.1.2.
My nemesis account X in WALLET1 works good: I can send and receive NEM, can harvest, can start node.
So I created new WALLET2 with account Y. Both wallet files are in the same ncc directory and I'm able to open both. And then begins:
1. My WALLET2 account Y can receive NEM, I tried this by sending some NEM from account X and also received some NEM from others;
2. Account Y cannot boot local node, error "Wallet does not contain this account";
3. Account Y cannot start harvesting, error "Wallet does not contain this account";
4. Account Y cannot send NEM, error "Wallet does not contain this account".
Restarted with webstart, problems remain the same.
A. Is it known issue?
B. Am I doing something wrong?

do you have priv key to this account? if yes, you should have access to a lot more NEMs and you should be able to harvest, straight away
That 100k might have been from me. I sent a few 100k transactions to other people in the nemsis block. You should have received millions from the nemesis block I received 50mil.

The fact is that if 4 "fans" would have changed their minds, the result is different. Too narrow gap and too few votes for this kind of vote.
The negative votes or other voting systems might have produced a result, which is much cleaner.
If NEM corresponds the Earth, this vote corresponded the Great Basin Desert - where the thoughts are not meant to be met.
Hopefully the NEM system will be working later and will contain such a voting system, which produces collectively upstanding and egalitarian results.

Quick troubleshooting guide for - 0.1.2
P.S. there are few "backup accounts", if anyone would like to harvest, please catch me on IRC later today
- standalone, everything should be pretty easy there, you might want to delete /home/
/nem/nis, just to be sure
To setup booting up, edit config.properties, and set bootkey and name for the host.
There is also harvest.sh script, where you can start harvesting using curl, similar thing can be done for windows. - webstart,
- kill any running jawa/jawaws processes
- Go to java control panel, and hit "View..." (can be run with javaws -viewer)
- from "applications" remove both NCC and NIS
- to be sure check resources and clean them all (this will cause redownload of everything, which might take a bit, but should help with most of the problms)
- go to c:\users\
, and delete both NCC and NEM directories

Now I opened my old wallet from backup, here is 50M NEM and I can harvest.
To be sure, you name priv key as account no. or it is something else? If it is different things, where I can find my private kay of my account?

As far as I know, you must wait 1440 blocks.
It would be nice to have more details about how "importance of account to the NEM cloud" is calculated
