Latest i heard was it was in the Trezor beta firmware and should be included in the next public release. I haven't heard anything about Ledger integration but as they are doing most coins, i guess its only a matter of time before Nem gets on it.

You mean Catapult? (Mijin already exists). Catapult should be released by the end of the year in Mijin (NEM's private chain). Then, it will be released on NEM's public chain by the end of 2018.
