Your price prediction of NEM seem a long way off, may take plenty years before it could happen. Since it previously peaked at around 12000 satoshi in May, therefore 15000~20000 satoshi is more attainable in the coming months.
It seems to me that in the coming months we will see a big drop in cryto - not just NEM. Then again there will be growth, but the next few months are unlikely to be successful.
But this is just my opinion. Smiley

the price it could reach?

20000-25000 satoshi
I would prefer 200000, but I'm afraid if this happens, then not sooner than in a year or two.

Can not launch NEM Node after software upgrade to nis-0.6.93 on Windows 7. Launch runMon.bat and the window briefly appears and then disappears with "Error:Could not find or load main class org.nem.monitor.NemMonitor". Version nis-ncc-0.6.87 worked just fine. What am I doing wrong?

NCC and Monitor are not distributed with 0.6.93 any more.
Use runNis.bat to start NIS.

My question is actually how to launch local harvesting with minimum 10000 XEM?

You'll have to run your own node to do that. Send me your delegated private key and I'll add it to a supernode so it autoharvests after reboot etc.

Thanks, I've got an answer from NEM Support Team:

I believe that it will be 1 of 5 of the major cryptocurrency of the future. So much potential, probably has not one coin from the point of view of the technology itself. When you reach the dollar only a matter of time vogen the potential of the coin and he is infinite...

NEM has huge potential for future and I have been accumulating on the dips.Japan itself is enough to take NEM to new levels in the market.

Local harvesting is no longer available with new wallet. You can still run your own node and choose it as delegate harvesting node. Not sure exactly what the hardware requirement is but it's minimal, any old computer will do. You just need to install Java first.

You can try to combine nis 0.6.93 with ncc 0.6.91 and mon  0.6.91
That's what I did. I am not harvesting thought.

A pity that the devs don't want to support that good nis/ncc/mon combi system anymore.

What are the requirements a server must meet to run NIS? I'm mainly asking about RAM and storage needs.

What is NIS?

NIS = Nem Infrastructure Server

That is the software module that runs on a node and coummunicates with other nodes, analyzes blocks,...

volume down to a paltry $3 million... I get the feeling that the rug is going to be pulled out from under us at some point. It simply can't continue this low long term, anywhere from $3 to $10 million daily volume is absolutely pathetic. That shows that there isn't much interest in the coin.. so what is holding the price up?

On the flip side, it could mean that the coin is severely undervalued/unappreciated and when it does come through with some big announcement or development then it could catch fire. hard to tell. This stagnation and low volume has got me seriously considering cashing out and moving into something else..

it is severely undervalued.  however the tech is in place and everything will start connecting once COMSA goes live.

I discovered NEM through the Bankera ICO. Do you think it's a good time to buy XEM?

This is the best time to buy xem. In the near future the price will not dosupa many!
Do you have some inside info?))

I suggest everyone to sign up for the Comsa ICO before it´s to late. You can sign up their newsletter by clicking here!

For the case you have not seen it yet, NEM revealed a Blockchain Center in Malaysia.
See how it looks like on the latest NEM inside episode. The NEM Blockchain center comprises lobby entrance, command and support center, event space, incubator office, cafe and spacious open space area. Very impressive.
