If you have been early into NEM you wouldn't even have to have sold at the top and still could have made a fortune.

Now the price NEM, as the entire cryptocurrency market is at the bottom , but I think everything will change NEM has a great potential for growth .

Considering its innovative features and solid development, I can say this is one of the platform at par with leading blockchain platforms and has also the greatest possibility to create a disruption in the blockchain industry.

Earlier this week, I flew to Austin to go to the Just Hodl It event at SXSW where NEM was speaking about stuff, and got kicked out of the venue... However, many people there were very interested in my experience with NEM. I was even interviewed on a podcast about the NEM unclaimed stake issue.

The first draft has been reviewed by selected community members and we continue to work with the Core Devs for the final submission of the NEM Foundation roadmap. BTC is higher as well as total market cap of all coins on CMC just now. If BTC can break through 4200, seeing a bull run forming. I think positive sentiment will be there leading up to the next BTC halving next year and after halving. Not many people will sell, hodling, causing further price increases and demand.

NEM's 7 day charts in CMC are somewhat getting bullish but we all expect the whole crypto market especially with BTC to act in unison to start the bull season, and all are getting anxious for that moment to come.

If that's what you choose to believe you read then I fully support that decision.

This is a separate funding proposal to the nem foundation. That has been funded. This passed the public vote too. The people with the purse strings decided against it. I preferred their emphasis on developing the actual chain rather than woolly PR speak.
