Hi! I'm new to NemosMiner but I have used SniffDogMiner and of course MultiPoolMiner, so not totally newbie.

My question is this (and sorry if it's been asked):

MPM, as far as I remember, used 2-3 different miners for some algorithms to determine the best one. Isn't this the case in NM? Because I'm finishing a benchmark now and only see 1 miner tested per algorithm.

Also, I had to disable timetravel and x16r during benchmarks, I guess both of them were crashing. Is there anything I can do about it? Maybe another miner or something?

Btw, my rig is a 9x1070 one.

Thanks for any help! Smiley

timetravel and x16r are worthless so remove

NM is already setup to use only the most optimized miner for the particular algo so thats normal to only see one miner per algo

x17/phi are making all the money these days for us

Ah, thanks! Can I use 2 or 3 pools at the same time in NM and have it switch to the most profitable algorithm in the most profitable pool? I remember MPM can do that.

Hello:

I have a question, can you help me?

I would like to switch between Blazepool and NiceHash with the NemosMiner, but I would like to mine in my NiceHash address of the Internal Wallet.

This means that when NemosMiner selects NiceHash, I would like the BTC address to be different, is it possible to specify a different BTC address for NiceHash and for the rest of the Pools?

Thank you very much

Hi,

i got 3x 1070ti with ahashpool goin on.
I am using nemosminer since January i got a very stable system and i haven't touched it ever since!

THANK U FOR THIS!

I could use a quick advice - will it be more profitable to upgrade to the latest nemosminer version or is it just a marginal change??

Thanks in advance.

may be its already been addressed, but on zergpoolplus, sometimes the neoscrypt miner keep trying to mine even if there is no job available or zergpool have temporary stopped the coin mining
I am still using 2.5 ..

Will 2.5.1 solve the issue ?

for a single currency I use the most efficient miner there is, I do not use Nemosminer to mine a single currency.

What I am saying is that nemos miner should know which currency is the one that is going up within a SOMETHING, and not mining all the coins of the same thing. That's just the big mistake he has.

Obviously for that I should compare with WTM, Coin-warz etc ... or simply with the price of the exchanges I would also know it.

the idea is good, but NH with less algos usually exceeds nemos, but I do not like Nicehash and I think there is still much room for improvement in Nemos

Even so, nemos leaves something to be desired. Even mining a single currency more or less good you get more benefits, or even just mining a single thing like X17 with Nvidia cards.

Of the three sets, normal, 24h and plus, is that most often give benefits is 24, according to all my tests, but far from what can be obtained only by undermining a something or a currency of the TOP that makes nemo.

This means that it has not yet defined the Switching of ALGOs. Moreover, it should change to currencies and not to something. Sometimes mine the second Something in profits, but within that SOMETHING there are good and bad currencies, and mine as much as others, instead of mining the right currency.

You have to tune in to change something and mine the right coins.

The same rig, according to statistics, would earn $ 16, but get $ 9, and if I do it looking for the currency with another program, my benefit may be 16 or more.

The idea is good, it is still fresh, it still needs to mature. Maybe more quickly in the currency exchange to avoid losing in pumping or peaks, but I think the most natural way to work would be in the normal, real time, as long as exchange to BTC is done quickly.

I like Nemo a lot, and I will continue to give you opportunities later on, but you still have to improve when it comes to changing something, and you should also choose currency. Many times we see as mine for example X17 and some coins with a ridiculous benefit and other good profit. That has to be improved, it is the key that the program needs to make a leap in quality.

To me right now that a rig of 6 x 1080ti get as much as 16-17 $, it is lost of money, you get more if you lose time in looking for the currency of the moment.

I wish great success to this product and I am looking forward to try version 0.3, and I hope to see more specialized miners in certain currencies, there are many more variants of ccminer for each something

For example this next one is 15% faster in Lyra2rev2 and it is a fork of the Trupocvt
https://hardwaresfera.com/traemos-minero-optimizado-protocolo-lyra2rev2-monacoin-vertcoin/

I have also tried it with X17 and it gives very good results.

To see the surprises that version 0.3 will bring us, to me the interface or some information options I do not care, I want a better switch of ALgos and coins

By now you can set to mine a Single Coin on Nemos...just adding single coin on commands per algo also depends of the pool if allows to mine single coin.
Will need gather info like what showed on Whattomine for most profitable SINGLE COINS, if Not just we are trusting on pools switching coin per algo

BTW... can me explain how to use the earningtracker.bat on Nemos?

Is it normal for Version 2.5.1 to display some negative projected earnings using Ahashpoolplus ?

I am going back and forth about what pool / method to switch to... benching a few system with Ahashpoolplus / NEMO 2.5.1 and noticed this.

Do you know how to view these profitablity, hashrate info all the time and not just while benchmarking?

Yes you need to add "-UIStyle Full" to your start.bat file.

The new GUI is nice and all, but i ran it for 32 minutes on my personal pc to test it out, it spent the first 17 minutes mining to 3 different donation address before even starting benchmarking. Also there needs to be an option for selection which GPU's to use, me personally i disable mining on GPU0 when im on the computer by running a different batch, but i dont see a way to do this on the new GUI version.

The described behavior is definitely not expected. And nothing should/Can start before we have benchmarked.
Could you please share the corresponding entries in switching.log.

For advanced configurations. You can edit both SelGPU variables in \Config\Config.log.
Note that once you switch to manual config you should not use the GUI config anymore and stick to manual edits.

ya, im gonna stick to 1.3 tell the bugs are worked out of the new version....

The jumping between Algos are insane! Mainly because the pools falsely state profitability. Your estimated returns aren't what you get back, it's always less.

However, profitability does seem more than Nicehash if you are purely mining to exchange BTC!

So who is using the 'plus' pool option? Any input on if it works better greatly appreciated. Right now Im using the ahashpool 24hour pool option. I know its more risky but it seems to work better than the 'normal' pool options. BUT if the 'plus' pool option is better would love to know!

Plus makes more than 24hr generaly
Have a look there: https://github.com/MrPlusGH/NPlusMiner/releases
Give it a go and let us know.

Shit that GUI is noice! I assume when alogs are added or removed that it does not have to be restarted? If it does... please mod it so we dont have to reboot the app. Also just dl'ed the master which 2.01 but the GUI says its 2.0 and that a 'newer' version is available.

Just one (other) comment/request. PLEASE don't go down the MPM route and have the miner window hidden by default. Its a quick fix - via your readme- but not having to 'fix' it in the first place would be even better!
