Both NEO and ETH are potential altcoins based on smart contract platform. It just the ETH is the pioneer of altcoins and more widely used. But based on potential growth I think NEO has surpassed ETH on that aspects since NEO is a chinese based Ethereum blockchain.
I wonder what is the best platform for Initial Coin Offering and is a good long term investment. You guys give me advice.

I am really confused about this issue.For me I think ethereum is still the best platform to conduct an ICO if they don't have yet their own blockchain. Their smart contract is very accessible and friendly user although flaws like slow transaction and heavy congestion usually occur in this network still they have a very workable blockchain. In deed neo is also good but they are still mopping up some things need to improve. But if youre talling about great investment NEO is the best one since it has a lot of room for improvement and people will likely to see this develop through time.
For now, choose ETH as ICO platform since this is very convenient one for all. Hope I help you answer your question.

I like both.They are all gradually developing.now i choose the neo.because the price is not high.it also has a lot of room to rise.
Both ETH and NEO have a good technology and I have to agree that NEO is great for now because its value is not that high and you can see that improvements with this coin will happen. Better to have you project with NEO so you can experience a great one, though ETH is also good so for me whether NEO or ETH your project will still depend on how the investors see it, don't depend on what blockchain technology you will use. Yes, I think NEO will be more potential in the future, I see NEO have limited inventory while the demand keeps increasing so I'm sure over time NEO will be more expensive in the future.
I would say that both ETH and NEO are good enough for investing in long-term. However, at the current stage of the downtrend market, I prefer ETH to NEO simply because NEO platform and it smart contract exist some bugs which should be solved make NEO improve better.

ETH is definitely a more popular at the moment, although I think that for the community there is no difference, it is convenient to work with NEO and ETH.

NEO is a good coin, many people expect and appreciate this coin, if you hold in the long term you should NEO option is appropriate.
NEO and ETH both are good projects and good potential coins, ETH is the famous coin compare with NEO, ETH is upgraded project and more ICOs depended by ETH compare with NEO, in coming days EH will reach high price and long term ETH will reach BTC place

I am really confused about this issue.ETH has more positive prerequisites for further growth. As for me, if you invest now, it's better to keep money in ETH.

NEO has issues scaling during ICOs... So many broken down public sales for NEO. ETH I would stick with for now.

Both platforms are good. ETH is a long standing foundation and is widely applied in ICO projects. NEO is still new and needs more time for NEO. I will give priority to ETH then NEO
Men personally i have tried some NEO gambling site and i like it i see a bright future in that platform... i havent invested yet... but im strongly thinking it out... it makes the gambling sites trustfull because i can check the neo transaction that choose the wining numbers in lottery games.. so cant be influenced because there are asigned randomly.. thats just my opinion and there isnt gas fees. But let see how it goes

Why you ask? do you have any plans in the future to launch your very own ICO with any of these platforms? I am really confused about this issue.ETH will be majorities answer but there will be few people that will say NEO. I'll go also with Ethereum and this has been the second largest crypto of all.
And if you have plans of launching your ICO, just invest to bitcoin and ETH and don't make any new ICO's please.
Are you only going to make your own ICO? or you are more focused now by investing to ICOs insted of these altcoins that you got tremendous replies with what's their choice.

Both are good. Ethereum is old and stable, with lots of projects and big community, but it might have some scalability issues.
I like some NEO features (e.g. digital identity technology, high transaction throughput), but in my opinion the software in NEO ecosystem seems to be very simple, with many features missing, and is not developing as fast as it could.
