This question was asked on Mar 27, 2018 when NEO was at 57 USD and today it's at 85 USD, almost 30 USD increase in a months time. Still, it's at good investment rate and there isn't much risk associated in buying NEO at 85. It's stable and will go up in days to come.

i think you should buy eth,it is safe for you,now i onlt like eth or btc,maybe with eth i don't get big profit as other altcoins but it is safe and i beleive buy now my profit is x2
