Some people started talk negative things about NEO so those understand the hidden agenda behind this kind of comments understand why and when these appear. It is buying time as most are busy with trading pumped markets and here consolidation is going on for next rise very soon.
I still can't see what NEO did wrong, the criticism has been overblown FUD and the cryptocommunity once again demonstrate how gullible they are by going along with it.
Some people are going to feel pretty stupid when NEO is $100. But hey that's part of the game, those of us that make good money trading do so because we see through FUD and buy the dip, and to do that some people have to lose out by selling in a dip, it's the way of the world and I for one am thankful that gullible people exist.

Nah, that's water under the bridge. I think it's more that lots of assets are rising right now so there are many shiny toys for people to play with. Also, the NEO community is spoiled: NEO has grown so fast, and done so much in such a short time, that any day without some big new announcement is seen as a disappointment.

Things can change so fast in cryptomarket, I was told to buy NEO when it was just few cents above $1, and I missed the tip. Why did I do that?
You never know with crypto!
I missed the tip to buy at $.13, but wised up and bought when it was $.20 - $.25. It was a leap of faith as there was little communication from the team at the time.
Did you hold them the whole time? Must have been hard to resist.
I bought them at $7 just before the first pump. I could have sold them for BTC0,01 each... But i'm still happy to keep them
Yes, still hodling and collecting GAS. I have not sold one, but did get scared when China closed the exchanges. The GAS I have is worth more than my initial investment including some additional antshares I bought at $7.

I sold all my NEO after the pump and invested in BLUE. They only announce when it needs to be announced, and they are not that cryptic
