You would need to ask the exchange if they will credit your gas to you! It is always best to store in your own wallet because some exchanges do not honor gas dividends, airdrops and/or forks. If you need a NEO wallet I suggest NEON or Morpheus for desktop and O3 Labs for a mobile wallet. If you hold the keys to your wallet, you have control of your funds.

I checked the discord bot too and it says I should have the 2000 MCT by now, but a dev on discord says there is a glitch in the nodes (or something like that) and some MCT have not arrived in wallets but they will re-broadcast after this 'first pass' of broadcasting is done and this should correct it.
I've also an old, empty, RPX wallet and when I check the wallet 1000 MCT was in it..nice.

Each different 'wallet' is essentially a program to read information and access the blockchain. So whether you use NEON or Aphelion to access your wallet does not matter, as your tokens including NEP-5 tokens are stored on the blockchain. You simply use a client to access/view it.
Most likely an address that had been forgotten about is what was meant. It is true that you can use the same address for all wallets.

I firmly believe that NEO will be the #1 Blockchain. I recommend joining each NEP-5 token and ICO telegram channel and follow their other social media accounts. The teams within the NEO ecosystem are professional and work together with other NEP-5 teams. I have been very impressed with what I have witnessed and look forward to the continued strength and growth of NEO and NEP-5 projects.

It was announced today that all NEO addresses that held an NEP5 token prior to May 8, 2018 will receive an airdrop of Master Contract Token.
Here is part of the announcement provided by Neo News Today "1,000 MCT tokens are being distributed for each NEP-5 token held for any length of time, regardless of the amount. For example, if a NEO address held only RPX, RHT and ONT (in any quantity) at any point before May 8, 2018, they will receive an airdrop of 3,000 MCT."

I checked my NEO wallet, it has ONT and RHT in it (since 8 May 2018) and 1000 MCT have arrived.
It's not showing up on neotracker.io but the other 1000 should be on its way according to the Bot on the Discord channel.
Someone on the Discord channel is buying 1000 MCT for 1 GAS !

I firmly believe that NEO will be the #1 Blockchain. I recommend joining each NEP-5 token and ICO telegram channel and follow their other social media accounts. The teams within the NEO ecosystem are professional and work together with other NEP-5 teams. I have been very impressed with what I have witnessed and look forward to the continued strength and growth of NEO and NEP-5 projects.

Regarding the current situation of NEO partners, I specifically went to the NEO official website platform to inquire about its aApp List, though there are many excellent high-quality companies. But in terms of ecological quantity, the gap with ETH is far too far.
i agree, but neo is undervalued if you compared to other top 10 coins, sitting at 11th place. Stellar, cardano, iota, eos, if you ask me, they should be bellow neo. I am not saying that neo is far far behind ETH, but i am saying that eos, ada, stelar are behind neo. And when other ICOS go to neo, and not to the mentions above, neo will outperform them. And ofcourse its all about the BIT. If bit goes to 16.6-18.6K, so will neo be at 126-136 range. but for now all i can say is,... oh neo neo, oh neo neo, what did they do to you. The newest airdrop announcement comes from Travala (AVA), (previously Concierge (CGE),recently rebranded), to qualify for the AVA airdrop you need to have at least 2000 Switcheo (SWH) in your NEO wallet. The airdrop campaign will begin on May 18, 2018 and the snapshot will be taken on the 18th as well. AVA will be listed on Switcheo exchange, May 22, 2018.

Concierge decided to rebrand to Travala because they felt it was important to have a .com website domain. Unfortunately the domain for Concierge was purchased before they were able to acquire it. Having a .com domain would attract more attention and in my opinion, Travala is more appealing than Concierge.

Yesterday, May 9th, there was an announcement that all NEO addresses that had received a transfer of any NEP-5 token on the NEO mainnet before May 8, 2018 would receive 1000 Master Contract Tokens (MCT). So that means if you at any point, prior to May 8th, had an NEP-5 token in your wallet, you will get 1000 MCT for each token. For example, if you had Ontology and Red Pulse, you will receive 2000 MCT.

Does anyone here know what will happen when NEO reaches 1000 or even 10.000 $, how are people gonna store it in NEON wallet if they won't be able to buy a whole coin? I'm sure no one would want to leave so much money on the exchanges.
One Berkshire Hathaway stock is $295,700, yet people are still buying. If NEO becomes $10,000 valuable people will pay for it. If you can't afford a whole one, you could buy a partial one and hold it on an exchange.
behind berkshire there is warrend buffet, one of the famous trader in the world. Can you say the same about neo ?
We will find out, Da Hongfei, has stated their goal is to make NEO the #1 blockchain by 2020.
