It will not goes to the point of regrets if in first we're able to look for a legit one by reading there platform and observing about the promoted project. In crypto, it is often scams but I believe everything will go for a positive result.

Thats the truth because bad emotions lead to massive panic and dumping of tokens and greater loss
but if we can garner a calmer attitude with more compusure, we can be sure to be safe and move on to the greater future ahead of us, there are great and huge amounts of purchases of bitcoin, never be deceived by those experts.

Yes of course we should not regret what we did in the past few weeks or months etc to make our daily life in a great day and I think regretting things that we advise a bad habit because once we made a decision in something like holding or selling our investments we have a situation that there are something that we need to use it for our own sake that's just keep on in your life.
