why are the payments in the "wrong" order. other than shown in your own list:

There are 2 missing payments, the deposits are only marked with "confirmed" instead of "paid out" and they are really not paid.

i think its because of the transactions fee

There is something with script. It shows transactions in wrong order on the site sometimes. But payments still correct according to blockchain timestamp.
There are a lot of transactions with the same timestamp (Blockchain has only seconds, no milliseconds).
So i expect, that the payments of the orders with the same timestamp would be in the same order like here in the list.
Only OP can maybe explain the difference?
