Maybe he'll come back with a website, and maybe he won't even come back. Because looking at his activities, it is understood that he is not interested in answering everyone's suggestions. When a casino owner doesn't show friendliness by posting suggestions from community members that he will build a casino, how do you expect him to come back with a great website? He may well be able to say what his intentions were, so no information is known until he returns.

Hopefully OP will come back in a few months with a nice designed casino with lots and lots of new features. I'm kinda tired to see the same casino but with different design.

Even though the OP has been active for the last few days it is obvious that he will not return to this thread and he is not planning to respond to all of the suggestions that have been made here. I see no reason to discuss this further, because he obviously does not take any of the suggestions seriously. In fact, I doubt he even read the thread.
Therefore, I suggest the moderators lock this thread and let it die down.

Your Boss should give you a lot more information, because you have not answered any of the questions or responded to any of the post, since you posted this thread. What is you budget to start this? The budget will determine the scope of the work that needs to be done.

Some people just buy a "White Label" casino and they run something small.... but other people hire a team of software developers to create a site from scratch. The best option is to create something from scratch if you have the budget for it, because other people's code can have a backdoor in it for them to hack your site. 

If you visit his Created Thread recently and His activities , it is an obvious that now he is advertising/promoting another project in which far different from this one.

From your post with not a lot of information I assume that your at the beginning of the process to open a crypto casinos. Are you really sure you want to get into that right now? The online casino market is very competitive, there are plenty of new casinos that entered the market in the last 12 months. Do you have any new idea, maybe offering games that haven't been run by casinos yet? In case you plan to run the large number of existing games just in a new format it will be hard to make a profit.
It also requires a lot of capital to open and maintain a casino. But since you ask for your boss I assume that there is a lot of capital involved and shouldn't be an issue. An alternative could be for you to maybe not create an all new casino, just buy a stake in an existing casino that is already profitable. Like this you wouldn't need to get the expertise to run a casino and can still profit of the hype.

I'm not sure he'll come back here because maybe he'll start a new thread and ask something like this. Supposedly if he really wants to create a casino and he represents his boss, it is necessary to respond to what the friends here have given him to report it to his boss. His boss can determine what steps he should take to make his casino. But we'll see what @OP will do.

That's it, surviving with Small rollers and capital will bring down the business.  this happens to many gambling sites that had  been once advertised in this forum but eventually drops down and now not an active anymore.
Maybe either bring decent capital or forget about creating gambling site at all.

A gambling casino might quite give too much time, effort and funds to run but still manageable to handle and get a good profit and reputation in the future we know how does the gambling casino earn with the a good amount of profit through its marketing and tons of player still its might need some things like the marketing for promoting the platform, developer which is full stacked ideal hire too and also the manager who knows how does the all process work next is the Quality assurance testers and have different phases of Alpha and beta testing. Well if OP still might confuse where to start why not to use a plan board or task board what things needed.

If you look at his post history you will see that he is more concerned with promoting tokens than the casino. Also, being that he was supposedly asking on behalf of his boss, he doesn't seem to be particularly concerned about the issue.

But, in my opinion, based on how casinos work, there will need about:
1. Funds
More funds, more things you can do to create and also develop your casino. More money means that you have more chance to create a better casino platform and also hire people to create and develop your casino very well, well-managed, and also continuously, including having more funds to do promotions.

2. Profesional team memebrs
I mean that yes, you need professional team members that can help your boss create a gambling platform that is suitable for more people, bring new fresh, or even similar gambling platform, deal with a good interface, kinds of games, and also other things that can make your casino more interested to play than others. And you will need professional workers to do all of the things, both technically, in marketing and otehrs.

3.Gambling platform

A good amount of bankroll is indeed needed for a gambling site to survive. However, you can start small but expect that would be hard to attract high rollers if they see that the casino is barely surviving. I have seen before small casinos, but their usual problem is how to attract high rollers. Definitely, they will avoid casinos that they know can't pay huge winnings or they can't even make higher bets. But they are always welcome here if they are serious about this business.

Sometimes, downtimes is not as a result of up running server. It could be that the cloudfare is down and not really that the server is down completely. The reason why some casino website lag may be due to how it was cascade with css and other scripts. Doss attacks by malicious actors also contribute to this downtime sometime.
Casino domain doesn’t matter, keeping reputation on check and better service for customers is the main priority, any domain name can suit any casino, it's how they serve the customers that matters.

LOL, that is a classic and pretty much tell us how things went down, most likely anyone that gave a negative opinion or was reluctant to start a venture in an industry in which they know nothing to the point they have to rely on the posts of a few strangers in a forum to get an idea of what they should do was thrown out of the business meeting for not being part of the team, I hope they will not attempt to open their casino as the amount of money they will waste only to fail will be impressive.
